NATA Cut off 2020 is the minimum qualifying marks required by the candidates to get into the desired NATA Colleges in India. As the NATA phase 1 is scheduled to be held on August 1, 2020 and Phase 2 on August 29, 2020, respectively, the cutoff for the same will be declared as soon as the exam is concluded. NATA 2020 Result is expected to be released in the month of September 2020 for both the sessions.
Council of Architecture (CoA) releases the cut off for NATA every year in online mode. The Authorities release the section-wise cut off for NATA entrance examination. Various colleges and participating institutes also release their opening and closing rank to provide admission to the various undergraduate colleges/Institutes.

NATA Cut off list is published after the declaration of results. The merit list of the same is released keeping in mind the cut-off criteria. Before knowing the cut-off score calculation, candidates must be aware of the qualifying marks of the entrance examination.
A minimum of 25% should be obtained in the Drawing Section (20 out of 100).
A minimum of 25% should be obtained in the Aptitude Section (30 out of 100).
The Qualifying marks (out of 200) is created on post-exam statistics and at the disposition of the Board/Council.

On the basis of NATA Results, the normalization process of NATA score will be done. The Council of Architecture(CoA) will calculate after the declaration of results. Candidates can normalize their NATA score using the method mentioned below:
The NATA score secured by the candidates has to be divided by 2 and then add the board percentage (out of 100) and then divide the aggregate by 2. That will give you the final merit list of NATA.
For Example: If you scored 120 in NATA exam and 80% in the board exams, the normalized score will be calculated as, 120/2 + 80 = 140
The candidates who will appear for the entrance examination will be able to download their scorecards through online mode. NATA 2020 results will be released in the month of September 2020 for both the sessions. Aspirants can check their result by entering Application Number, Password and Security Pin. It is necessary to take a print out of the result/scorecard for future reference.
To participate in the NATA Counselling 2020, candidates will be required to apply separately to their desired colleges/institutes. Candidates must note that there is no Centralized counselling process. There is a separate counselling process for each participating institute that offers admission through NATA score.

Question: What is a good score in the NATA entrance exam?
Ans. The maximum NATA score is 155+. So around 120 or above will be considered as a good score in NATA entrance examination.

Question: What if two students secure the same rank in the exam?
Ans. If two candidates, securing similar marks and appearing for counselling, preference will be given to the candidates having higher marks in the qualifying examination.
Question: How much percentage is required to apply for NATA 2020?
Ans. To register for the NATA exam, one must have qualified their 10+2 or equivalent from a recognized board or university along with mathematics as one of the subjects (Minimum 50% aggregate marks). At least 40% marks in NATA should be there for admission.
