- As per the PU CET 2027 Exam Pattern for UG, it has a total of four subjects (Physics, Chemistry, Maths, Biology) which are tested individually. Candidates can appear in one or more subjects based on their interested course eligibility criteria.

Ques: Is PU-CET-UG difficult?
Ans: As per the PU CET 2027 Exam Pattern, the UG exam is generally considered to be easy to moderately challenging. It is mostly about clearing your basics and knowing your Class 11 and Class 12 syllabus rather than solving very hard and tricky questions.
PU CET Exam Pattern 2027: Impact of Negative Marking
- +2 marks are awarded for correct answers, and 0.5 marks are deducted for wrong answers.
- This means that if a candidate attempts all 60 questions, but only 45 are correct, and the remaining 15 questions are wrong, then his/her total marks would be 82.5.

Ans: To calculate the PU CET score, you must follow the marking scheme for each course. Multiply the total number of questions you got correct by the marks given for each correct answer, and the total number of questions you got wrong by the marks deducted for each wrong answer. Then, subtract the total negative score from your total positive score. This is your PU CET score.
