WBJEE 2027 Syllabus: Overview
WBJEE is a state-level engineering entrance exam conducted by the WBJEEB for admission to B.E., B.Tech., and B.Arch. programmes in West Bengal. The exam has two papers — Paper 1 covers Mathematics only, and Paper 2 covers Physics and Chemistry together. Each paper has three categories of questions. Category 1 carries 1 mark with a –0.25 penalty for wrong answers. Category 2 carries 2 marks with a –0.5 penalty. Category 3 questions carry 2 marks each but have no negative marking — they may have more than one correct option.
