The culture in the Netherlands: Open to international students in the universities. Inspite of not being a native English speaking country it is no 100% necessary to know the local language (Dutch). The job prospects: you get a year after you graduate to look for a job. Good work life balance. Finally, Eindhoven is high tech city and tech hub. Therefore, the university has close contact with the industry. (A personal plus you can cycle around everywhere :p)

    Course Curriculum :

The course was well structured, but is very intensive. The best part is dedicated time for internship and thesis. The available courses is subject to what you like to follow and in my case the available subjects could be improved.

It was ranked within top 100 institutions in the world, aspect I like is the amount of learning I got, program is suited to my career interest

    Course Curriculum :

Course curriculum is research heavy and mostly it is modelled on the lines of the best technical institutions of Germany (like TU Berlin for example). So with a burning passion one can find their way. But with 120 credits to complete, the requirements to graduate are really hard. Exams are quarterly and assignments are of short duration. The system is very different compared to India or even other English speaking countries. It is not guaranteed two years course and it depends on the individual. If you miss securing credits, it could take longer max up to 3 years and the tuition fees must be paid so long as you are enrolled. Industry exposure is present as one could find internships easily and they are also mostly research based. More Research experience comes handy during your thesis and one can be assured of doing an actual quality research as the bar is high.

Best in embedded systems track. Besides this university offered masters in specialized embedded systems track while other universities used embedded systems as only an elective within computer science

    Course Curriculum :

The curriculum is very demanding and the university expects you to do assignments by yourself. No shortcuts or copying can happen like it happens in indian universities. Plagiarism is taken very very seriously in european universities.

TU/e Eindhoven is a good place to learn the application of science and engineering, I was looking for any postmaster program which would not be too much theoretical like PhD and also would have ample scope to learn the application of advanced mathematics. This program perfectly serves my purpose. Also, Eindhoven is quite a modern city in the southern part of the Netherlands and considered a high tech city in Europe due to the presence of many Dutch and international companies.

    Course Curriculum :

The course curriculum does not have any close book exam, which I liked the most. The entire evaluation process was how the trainees perform in various short term project works. the final grade is awarded based on the performance of the graduation project which is executed in an industrial environment. The trainees in the program would get ample opportunity to work in real-life industrial projects,  to interact with the project stakeholders and can also get the opportunity to engage with a full-time employee of an organization.

    Course Curriculum :

The course is very up to date with the current requirements for computer science graduates.

Compared to other countries, the price to quality of education ratio is the best in the world in the Netherlands. In the Netherlands, the TU/e is the best university for my respective program where the course is taught in English so it was a fairly straightforward choice for me once i was accepted.

    Course Curriculum :

It is highly relevant to the industry today but also very rigourous at the same time. There exists a quartile system as opposed to a semester system. This means that you have about 10 weeks to master 3 courses and be tested on them and this might be too intense for many. But besides that the quality of education is high and a high degree of focus is placed on practical learning.

I came to the Netherlands on a family trip. Since then I decided to study here. After taking admission to the university I have been able to experience a variety of different cultures and traditions. This is mainly due to my drive to continually meet people and expose myself to individuals, who differ from my own cultural experiences. As a student ambassador, I want to help new or existing students transition into this city and hopefully, it will help in fulfilling the expectations they have as students.

    Course Curriculum :

I am studying a very informative as well as a very interesting course. The curriculum includes the development of electrical motors for cars or the design of the very latest wireless chips for cell phones. Studying this course from this university will surely give me an edge over other students. The electrical engineering student association 'Thor' makes sure that in addition to my studies, there are plenty of other activities in which I can engage with my fellow classmates.
