Informative and engaging lecture - University of Canterbury

    A
    5.5 /10

I was planning to go for education in sustainable construction which I found will be put to best used from a good and reputed university and hence chose the university.

    Course Curriculum :

The course was indeed good but the university did not provide any on campus placement and which make it difficult to step onn in the market and finding a job so I would definitely give it a thumbs down in planning to work or get placed.

    Exams :

Work experience, IELTS score, minimum 60 % in undergrad , financial statements, or loan acceptance letter, passport

    Internship :

    No

    Placement :

Post study placement was not at all arranged for post grad students whereas my other friends who did post grad diploma get placed so I would say opting for diploma is a better option than going for masters. Research facilities were good.

    Events :

The campus life , infrastructure the facilities were at the best we could get and I totally enjoyed being there.

    Fees :

    40000NZ dollar

    Scholarship :

    No

    Faculty :

The faculty was good but not very supportive at times they were just concerned about their superior students and totally ignored other. Also, there where some good professors who motivated us in deciding our career. So it was a up down

    Hostel :

I was managing my own accommodation and all of the accommodations were comfortable and like home.
