Mr. Arpit Chadha, an Alumnus of Scindia School and University of Delhi, is a Post Graduate in Business Administration and currently Vice Chairman of one of the leading Group of Educational Institutes of North India, I.T.S – The Education Group. Mr. Chadha is associated with different Professional Bodies includingFICCI, CEGR, AIMA, ICCI, and ICPEI and contributes in the growth and promotion of education, research & Sports in the country. His contributions towards promoting Sports in the vicinity are noticeable. He has been credited for bringing various State & National Championships of different Games including Table Tennis, Badminton, Chess, and Karate etc. in Ghaziabad. He has always been working and guiding the team taking up Education and Healthcare to the last person in the society. Towards this, various initiatives of I.T.S – The Education Group including - Sports and education for deprived segments of society through the initiatives like – DISHA, UTTHAAN, PARIVARTAN and Healthcare through Mobile Clinics and Hospitals in rural areas are widely talked about initiatives.

I follow a Dedicated Leadership Style in which I truly believe in “Bringing Excellence & Innovation in Education''. I try to promote progressive ideas, build a strong infrastructure and adopt technically advanced methodologies in teaching with a strong vision to bring the institute to an exemplary platform of Higher Education. It’s been 25 Years of our journey. Since our inception, in 1995, we have been consciously working to ensure that our students get the best of the Quality of Education and all possible opportunities for overall development. We believe in the philosophy of being together we can do and thus always followed the principle of co-existence, competence and cooperation. I am really happy to share that as a Group we have an I.T.S family with over 1500 members and I am one of them. We have a strong team of people who are contributing to the growth of the Group.
I.T.S has been responsive to the need of providing international perspective to the students and faculty
With the globalized economy, interdependence of countries, the world has become a global village. Therefore, we cannot afford to keep ourselves in isolation. We have formed collaboration with leading Institutions across the globe to create an objective to explore the possibilities of Academic exchange, joint collaborative research, and collaboration for exchange of faculty. I.T.S has been responsive to the need of providing international perspective to the student and faculty through faculty exchange, student exchange, summer school, study abroad tours, inviting faculty from other countries and cross country research. The aim is to give the students a global experience, exposure, knowledge, competence and skill desired for the current market/job scenario. With this view I.T.S embarked upon efforts of building international network of partner institutions in foreign countries. We have MOUs with number of Institutions/Universities. We are looking forward to enhancing our institutional partnerships and are exploring to strike new collaborations with Universities/Institutions of repute.
The way Technology is penetrating the business processes, new concepts and technologies are coming up
As an Academic Institute, it is pivotal and challenging to keep strong connection and interaction with Industry. Especially the adoption of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, RPA based systems are very frequently demanding the upskilling of human resources. Meeting this challenge is very crucial. Last year in its Report NASSCOM had predicted that in the next 4 years, 40% of existing human resources would be required to replace with newer skills. I think this is going to be a big challenge of supplying the students with the required skill set and on the other hand this is also an opportunity for the Institutes like us to grab it and make necessary arrangements to make sure that readily available resources are prepared which can’t be done merely classroom teaching. It will require pedagogical changes, teaching-learning processes and more emphasis on Project based practical teaching and learning.
Considering this as a challenge we have created separate specialized labs where our students can go and practice on the platforms and technology of their own interest. It includes Business Intelligence Lab, IoT Lab, Mobile Application Development Lab, data Science lab, Programming with Python, R etc. This has immensely helped us in increasing employability prospects of our students too.

There are certain situations when one needs to revisit the academics and wish to explore for newer learning opportunities. The e-learning mode, which we call Digital Platforms, has opened a new way of learning. Especially this pandemic has given all of us a feel and taste of the online medium. It has provided academic Institutes an opportunity to explore the possibilities of getting engaged in alternative ways of academic delivery through online platforms due to the fact that it has the potential to reach out to masses if delivered with quality, reasonable price, and by creating engaging experience. The huge expansion of IT and ICT Infrastructure and facilities at affordable cost giving new kinds of experience and ensuring reach to the masses. This is creating the required background and can boost this mode of education drastically.

We have different scholarship schemes for meritorious students including Full Fee waiver
We believe in recognizing and promoting the students who have potential to do well. We have carefully planned various scholarships keeping in view the economic and social background so that no meritorious students, who come to us, are denied education due to financial conditions. We have scholarships for dependents of Defence Services, in the unfortunate event of any of the Parents not alive, we have special provisions of scholarship for students. In addition to this we extend these scholarships to meritorious students based on their performance in qualifying examinations and you would be happy to note that a very good number of students are studying in different courses of the Institute and bringing laurels to the Institute and to their families.
