It was the brief stint as IT professional Dr. Sourabh Rungta brought into the Institutes of the group, the advent of usage of Technology in Group Institutes into teaching Learning. Education is a very sensitive matter. I have managed several Industries before venturing into the Education domain, hence understanding the difference between managing the Industry and managing a Group of Educational Institutes. It's very obvious that Education is a people driven domain, It’s not the buildings that create a world class Institute or University, but, it’s the accomplished and committed academicians with zeal and capability to transform students in to successful professionals, it’s a team effort of all, management has to play its role of facilitator, Administrator, to develop student centric policies and procedures, and motivate faculty to ensure that learning and assimilation of knowledge happens seamlessly.
Hence, I would describe my management style as an Inclusive, Democratic style with human touch and extreme sensitiveness towards our students.

Next 10 years are going to be very challenging for the entire education domain. Moreover, the higher education domain would undergo numerous transformations. Our top priority would be to remain ahead of time and be prepared for the ensuing challenges emerging out of this transformative process.
The way we educate would change, a lot of programs may get obsolete. Student aspirations will also change. One major transformation that would come as far as my perception goes, is that the education domain would lose all boundaries. There would be no boundaries so to say, students would be more free to choose the mode of study, Institutions and universities would be more free to recruit and offer programs at global level. The Technology would evolve at a very fast pace and at the same time, take a centre stage in the entire teaching learning process. So, being ready for ensuing challenges, initiating change management mechanisms within the group, development of resources, and ensuring that we still remain very much relevant and much bigger and promising players, would be our top priority.

Although the curriculum design is in the hands of the respective affiliating State university, which gets changed by the university over a period of time, our group remains proactive. With continuous inputs and technology feedback we get through our Industry-Institute connect, is passed on to the academic team as well as the Training department. We have to continuously change the way of curating and delivering education to the students
The scenario is competitive, but we need to understand that we are handling students of the next generation. They come with different levels of passion, ability, exposure, drive to succeed at an early age. That was not even thought of 20 years before. We need to be sensitive towards this new NextGen nation builders and realign our ways and modes of education in higher education domain to be relevant to them.
Guidance is a systematic continuous process that needs to be done subtly. We need to understand, lecturing won’t help in the long run. Best thing we as educators can do is share our wisdom, knowledge about the emerging competitions and gradually mold them to be equipped with all the ammunition required to conquer the world with their sheer passion and commitment to succeed. Our first priority therefore always remains that we succeed in keeping their zeal and passion alive and ticking during the entire course. We need to guide them, not to get bogged down by the ups and down in academics, they might face during the course duration and keep progressing systematically, to attain their ultimate ambition.
