Education provides knowledge by unveiling wisdom
To serve the society and humanity as a whole, educational organizations are the best places to work in. You get an opportunity to provide quality education and to inculcate professional skills in students so that they can hold a competitive edge over others.
In the rapidly shifting technological environment, it is important to educate children to modernize their skills as per the industry requirements. I have been associated with technical education for more than fifty years, and it is a noble profession to work in. Education is like an ornament in the society - it chastens vice, guides virtue, and gives grace and power to the genius.
Dr. Patel has an Integral Philosophy
As a Group Director of an educational institute, it is essential to coordinate with the management, faculty, staff, and students to build a healthy environment. To ensure this, my philosophy includes listening, consensus building, taking ethical decisions and setting of challenging goals, the sharing of data & performance and skill.
Faculty and students need to be connected to the outside world through cooperative ventures. I have a firm belief in and support for faculty development. Strong, committed and talented faculty is the most essential ingredient of any educational institution.
I strongly believe in placing a heavy emphasis on the intangibles of vision, values, and relationships especially team development. My fondest hope is that as a team facilitator I could be a gatherer of talent, a source of inspiration, and a helper to others, as we strive to forge a path to a sustainable and viable future.
The curriculum at Institute aims to produce committed students
Shri Ram Group intends to impart quality education endowed with inventive outbursts since it’s inception. It follows the curriculum designed by R.G.P.V. (University of Technology of M.P.) The programs are designed in a way to meet all the possible challenges on the path of making really competent and promising technocrats.
Apart from Engineering, there are various Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses in Pharmacy, Management, Computer Applications, and Arts, Science and Commerce streams. We try to prepare and groom the students as per the industry needs by holding various workshops, guest lectures, seminars, industry tours to name a few.
Methods opted to build healthy relations with the student
I am always available in my office to provide guidance and solutions to the problems of my students. Apart from this, I remain in touch with them by taking lectures, participating in events and getting information about their problems through faculty.
