He is an enterprising academician with an enriching experience of 32 years in the field of education, research, training &consultancy. In the interview he mentions about the influential tool education is and how educational leaders propagate a learning environment for the institution to grow. He goes on to add that the continuous flow of technological revolution around the world has opened new vistas to masses, and how the institute articulates various dimensions of KRAs to guarantee an enviable confidence. Furthermore, he describes the road ahead is full of newer approaches to education.On a concluding note he advises students to endeavour upon exploring their hidden abilities and evolve into successful professionals.


Education is an influential tool to cultivate values in an individual 

Having worked in the education sector for so long, I personally feel that education is more than an economic investment as it is an essential input, upon which life, development and the survival of a man depends. This ideology drives me to realise that it is the responsibility of everyone in a country to educate; whether we are parents, adults, children, or teachers. Since education is a powerful instrument of social change and human progress, it is also an influential tool to cultivate values in an individual. 

Thus, I feel privileged to recognize the greater responsibility of mine to impart learning and nurturing values through education and facilitate the opportunity for people to develop as fully as possible.


Educational leaders are the cornerstone of the institution on which learning communities function and grow

In my opinion, educational leaders play a pivotal role in affecting the climate, attitude and reputation of their institute. They are the cornerstone on which learning communities function and grow. Therefore, I sincerely believe in the necessity of building community through empowering faculties, cultivating leadership skills and effective delegations of tasks based upon the individual’s competency for optimal utilization of data and resources. To adapt and thrive in a challenging environment and efficiently respond to recurring problems, I follow adaptive leadership. My focus is to bring out the best in every team member and motivate all to create a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.

I believe envisioning a sustainable curriculum amongst the continuous disruption is the need of the hour. GLBIMR has witnessed meteoric growth and success which is visible through academic excellence and awards and ranking from Assocham, CSR, ABP, Outlook, IRMA, Times etc.

GLBIMR provides students a rich opportunity to learn practically through interaction, working methods and employment practices by regularly arranging live projects, industrial and corporate visits and running specific corporate skill development workshops to increase the employability quotient of students. Students get involved in live streaming and analysis and club activities such as Thinking Hats and Technovation. We provide students global exposure with internationally acclaimed corporate leaders as adjunct faculty members. We are also associated with international network platforms such as United Nation Global Compact Network, India (UNGCI). Also the institute participated in Harvard University- Leadership program and collected important insights for improving the management system. Thus, we at GLBIMR feel that leveraging the remote education technologies is the need of the hour.
