My association with the education sector is by choice & passion, and not by luck. The key factors that keep me connected to this sector include the endless scope to learn and grow, contributing to the society by imparting the education and skills to the young generation and making our country strong by strengthening its foundation through education and learning.

I believe in democratic and participative leadership, which let the best of everyone come out. My philosophy of leadership is to let my students, staff, and faculty members work, interact and grow together. I love building relationships with all stakeholders, be it my students, staff, recruiters and faculty members. Whenever some crucial decision is to be taken or an important event is to be organized, we all sit together, share and seek suggestions, prepare strategies and take responsibilities. And yes, we do celebrate the success together after the accomplishment of the event.
Our students are our ambassadors who become the brand for our college
In order to market our key programs we consider our students as ambassadors of IMS Ghaziabad. Their action is a reflection of their key takeaways from their alma-mater. Thus, we keep continuous engagement with our students and alumni. The education system in abroad is more refined and organized
Yes, I agree that the education systems in foreign countries are more refined and organized, and the basic knowledge of their students is furnished. However, still we trust in the modern age education system of India a lot and see boundless potentialities in our students. At IMS Ghaziabad the students are not just expected to learn principles of management but also practice them during their stay at the institute through a number of Live Projects, Summer Internship Projects and subject related research projects. All students undergo practical training through summer internships, industrial visits and live projects as a compulsory part of our curriculum. In addition, all students are expected to mandatorily participate in activities which include Placements & Corporate Interface, Alumni Affairs, organization of academic conferences, student events and seminal lectures on various pertinent contemporary topics. We have been able to provide excellent placement to all our students consistently over the years.

I enjoy varied roles and responsibilities from managing the academic affairs of the institute to leading and coordinating the institute's strategic planning and curriculum development with the help of highly talented and ever supportive faculty and staff colleagues.The moral support and mentorship from the top authorities including the Director and Management is extremely fulfilling. My responsibilities also include supervising, evaluating, and supporting various areas and departments in a manner that promotes excellence in everything we do. Needless to mention that we have a very talented pool of faculty members who are engaging themselves in conducting socially sensitive research and mentor the students to upgrade and sharpen their skills. As Dean Academics I feel privileged to lead the entire set of faculty colleagues and students those who are committed to serve the society through their analytical and social sensitive works.
