Prof. M.V Sureshkumar is the Admission Head and Professor of Chemistry of Jansons Institute of Technology Coimbatore. He joined Jansons Institute of Technology as Chemistry Faculty and also played the role of Director - Admissions, in Designing and implementing strategies which will increase the student recruitment numbers. He has 16 years of experience in Teaching, Leadership, and Research. His previous Experience includes working at the capacity of Dean in a leading Private Engineering College for 7 years. He has published 15 research papers in reputed international journals and three text books in Engineering Chemistry for B.E. students. He has also guided two students for Ph.D.

My style of leadership is Transformational leadership which is a theory of leadership where a leader works with teams to identify needed change, creating a vision to guide the change through inspiration, and executing the change in tandem with committed members of a group.
