Q.8. Good and bad points of this era’s students as compared to your time?
Ans. The students of today as compared to students of my time are much better informed, better equipped with tech-saviness and are well supported by the knowledge infrastructure and global perception. In our student days even the books were not available what to talk of the digital knowledge reservoir. But make no mistake, that the students of our age were far more serious about their education and so were the teachers highly caring and devoted to our well being. That made us a class apart. India and the world at large is reaping rich dividends of our generation’s capabilities nurtured in our institutions and universities.
I am sure the current generation, “GEN I” as I call them, should shoulder the responsibility to take the nation to new alter of accomplishment and glory, now that they are better equipped and empowered with “wings of knowledge and power of innovations”.
