Schedule Announced by Alliance University for Admissions to B.Tech courses 2016

Alliance University, Bangalore has issued admission and selection process schedule for its full–time B.Tech. Courses 2016 (Regular & Lateral Entry) in various streams such as Civil, Mechanical, EEE, ECE, Aerospace, CSE, and IT.

Eligible candidates can submit the completed application forms online or offline, along with the necessary credentials and a non-refundable processing fee on or before December 10, 2015. Selection of candidates for admission will be based on their overall merit including their performances in AUEET and PI.

Eligibility Criteria for Alliance University B.Tech Programme 2016:

For admissions to B. Tech. (Regular):

  • The candidate should have passed senior secondary examination with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects, along with one of the Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Biology/Technical Vocational subject.
  • The candidate must have scored at least 45% marks in the above subjects taken together. For candidates belonging to reserved category, the minimum required aggregate is 40%
  • The candidate should have appeared in JEE Main 2015/ JEE Advanced 2015/ Karnataka CET 2015/ COMED-K 2015/ Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET) 2015/ any other State-level engineering entrance examination

For admissions to B. Tech. (Lateral Entry):

  • The candidate must possess a diploma or an equivalent qualification, in an applicable branch of engineering, from a recognized university or institution
  • The candidate should have passed with a minimum of 45% aggregate (40% in case of reserved category candidates) in the final year of qualification
  • It  is also essential that all candidates seeking lateral entry to the B. Tech. degree course should clear the prescribed subjects as specified by Alliance University

Application Process for Admissions to Alliance University Bangalore:

 Online Registration:

  • The desirable candidates can apply online by signing-in themselves on the university website
  • The candidate should fill-in all the entries in the application form with valid and relevant information
  • After completing the online application form, the candidates are required to pay the processing fee through credit card(Visa or Mastercard)
  • The candidates should submit the completed applications, along with attested copies of the essential documents to the following address:

Offline Registration:

  • The candidates can also download the application form available on the university website or can purchase it from the admissions office. Completed applications should be submitted, along with the necessary credentials and the non-refundable processing fee
  • The applicants can pay the required fee through cash or demand draft. DD should be made in favour of "Alliance University College of Engineering" and payable at Bengaluru

Selection Process for Admissions to Alliance College of Engineering and Design:

All the short-listed candidates will have to appear for the 2-step Admission Selection Process:

  1. The candidates will be screened through their performance in the Alliance University Engineering Entrance Test (AUEET), conducted by the Alliance College of Engineering and Design.
  2. The candidates will have to appear for a Personal Interview (PI).

Note: The final selection of the candidate will be based on his/her overall merit.
