The final year students of undergraduate non- professional courses would have to appear by studying the full syllabus for their final semester as SSPU has decided to conduct exams.

However, students pursuing professional courses of both undergraduate and postgraduate would have to study 60% of their syllabus.The exam duration of paper for both professional and non- professional courses would be 1.5 hours and each paper would comprise 50 marks.

"For all final-year postgraduate students, syllabus up to March 14 will be considered for the exams. The same will be applicable for final-year students of undergraduate courses, we collected data from many affiliated colleges. In some courses, the examinations had started before the lockdown was announced. Hence we came to the conclusion that 100% syllabus will be considered for final examination for final-year undergraduate students in conventional courses, such as BA, B.Com and B.Sc,” vice-chancellor N S Umrani said.

Furthermore, Students who would appear for backlog exams would have to study 100% of their syllabus. The duration of the examination would be 1.5 hours and each paper would comprise 50 marks.

The University will be conducting the examination in pen and paper mode. For the outstation candidates, the university has decided that these students will appear for the exams within 120 days from the scheduled exams.
