Thousands of poor used to die of these because the diagnostic methods were very costly for them to afford. The rapid test kit developed by him is highly cost-effective and has played a pivotal role in tackling this disease. His new inventions including the early diagnosis of tuberculosis and a mosquito proof cooler are also on the way of commercialization.
