How do you look at your association with the University?
The journey has been very great. It was extremely nice. We believe in experimenting with new things and wish to make Suresh Gyan Vihar University, the number one university in Rajasthan.
Any of the significant challenges you faced as a Vice Chancellor?
Counseling students these days is the biggest challenge. Students from different backgrounds and countries enroll at our University, so our aim is to motivate them to excel in their chosen fields.
How do you look to enhance the value of MBA program with the Institute?
We have a dedicated and focused faculty who work in close association with the students through guest lectures and other interactive sessions. Our university also has a tie-up with Harvard and therefore we strive towards creating a benchmark by bringing international standards of pedagogy here.
How do you stand against the IIMs/IITs/NITs in Management & Engineering?
IIMs too cannot guarantee 100% placements but we believe in offering jobs way before graduation ends. Students from rural backgrounds too pursue education here and we ensure that their educational needs are met without much hitches from our end. We offer quality education at all cost.
What according to you are the top 2 things that the MBA program teaches and nobody else teaches?
MBA has many streams and in the current scenario, there are many challenges in the market. Yet, we are highly dedicated to imbibe great expertise and know-how among students through various sessions like personality development, skill development, etc.
How your curriculum ensures best practices of Industry?
We have tie-ups with several industries. Representatives from various reputed firms visit us and deliver quality lectures which are aimed at broadening students horizons and preparing them to carve a niche in their future enterprises.
How opportunity does differentiate at your B-school for the students?
There is no dearth of opportunities. We provide several options to our students. The knowledge inculcated at our university reaps immense benefits for the students and through our study abroad programmes, they are trained to become efficient and easily employed anywhere around the world.
Your take on employability vs placements w.r.t MBA program?
We offer 100% placements. Our students are employed globally and there are no issues in terms of employability factor at our institution.
What is your message to the students who wish to join University?
Work hard. There are no shortcuts to success. Do something worth noticing and create a difference. Strive to be different and one-of-a-kind.
How do you look at enhancing student-industry interaction at University?
We have industrial mentors and personal tutors who train, guide and prepare the students to excel in their desired jobs. This not only acquaints them to a newer perspective of life but also let them have a peek into a world of immense possibilities.

Col. Pradeep Singh Bhatnagar is the Pro-Vice Chancellor of Suresh Gyan Vihar University. He holds a Master's Degree in Social Sciences and Environmental Sciences. Having had a great deal of experience in Human Resource Management, General Administration, Project Management, Training & Development, Environment Management, etc, he is a top performer with exceptional, interpersonal communication skills that allows development of strong rapport with individuals at all levels.
He has an outstanding record of achievement coupled with ability to build/direct a business to profitability through leadership, creativity, effective management, motivation and development of staff to maximum potential. He functioned as a Chairperson of several Army Schools motivating and inspiring students to follow our traditional value system & self-discipline. He has also taken lectures on Leadership, Motivation, Stress Management, Ethics, Code of conduct, Time Management, Art of talking to plants in various Schools / Colleges / Universities.
Col. Bhatnagar also organized International Seminar on Tribal Development and publication of Research Work, special classes for the minority communities especially Muslim Girls /Dalits and Seminars /Workshops on various education /job related issues.
