I use the combination of multiple styles. As a leader, you need to possess two aspects. Empathy & prospective, which in today’s scenario people don’t take into consideration.I firmly believe a combination of 3 styles of leadership at Narayana Business School which is a combination of structural, participative and freedom based leadership.I, as a leader, take the complete responsibility of my staff and assign them and make them upto the expectation of excellent work. Friendship factor needs to be taken into consideration i.e. time, care and respect. I realized that all my education and degrees were of so little help to understand and act in the real world. To be more precise nothing prepared me for the storm in the actual learning that happened , when I went to the real world and it is in that moment I got the flash of insight and inspiration to launch a different kind of business school .
