Experience in the education industry
I have been involved in the education sector for over 30 years and knowing that you can change someone's life for the better or catalyze them into a brighter future through the power of education is priceless.
Challenges faced as the Dean of Woxsen School of Business.
Most educational systems are still focused on "teaching." The challenge has been to shift the focus to "Learning." Thus, creating an environment fully conducive to critical-thinking skills development not only in each and every student, but facultyand staff as well.
Curriculum at Woxsen School of Business
By creating an environment fully conducive to critical-thinking skills development, we, at Woxsen School of Business, have been able to become tropophilic, namely, to anticipate change and design our most desirable future.
Goals in your mind for Woxsen School of Business
The main Vision at Woxsen School of Business is to catalyze our students dreams into reality and this can only happen by catalyzing their full potential through the development of their critical-thinking skills. Thus, making Woxsen School of Business #1 in India and top 10 around the world.
Quality of education in the institution
We have the highest possible quality standards and parameters from top institutions around the world. Our main task is to maintain and further develop an organizational environment conducive to ideal-seeking behavior by all stakeholders.
On building a positive school culture in Woxsen School of Business
So much has been written about "culture" but most "experts" seem to ignore the fact that culture is an emergent property of the organization's structure. Thus, by having an enhancive organizational structure by design, we have been able to witness a highly collaborative and fully empowered culture at Woxsen conducive to ideal-seeking behaviour.
Relationship with the students
The importance of transparency, moral & ethical values, and integrity cannot be overemphasized. Women's enhancive organizational structure and collaborative culture ensure the maintenance of transparency and the further development of our values.
Growth of students through placement opportunities available at Woxsen School of Business
Demand for a place in our institution has been overwhelming. So, we don't need to push the envelope further, other than by constantly challenging ourselves, maintaining an open mind, and by further developing an environment conducive to the best possible scenarios in a sustainable manner.
Dr. Wandemberg’s philosophy of leadership and leadership style
We know that a philosophy of leadership is no longer good enough to deal with the increasingly relevant uncertainties and hyper turbulence of our times. The time of leadership is gone. We believe in the power of vision and we know the era of envisioning is here!
Suggestion for the current youth and the aspiring students
Make sure you understand that it is no longer good enough to believe in yourself. You must start to know yourself! In order to do this, you must have a deep and sound understanding of your fundamental or highest purpose on earth. You must have a crystal-clear vision of your dream, your highest purpose. And then, just make it happen!
