My whole team is focused on acting more as mentors rather than teachers
I believe in periodic communication but I like to keep it impromptu, rather than a fixed day or date. I try to stay slightly informal in my conversation to extract the difficulties or feedback from them. My whole team is focused on acting more as mentors than teachers. Once we show this generation the correct direction, they can teach themselves with so much at hand due to information technology. I focus on their character building.
Competition enhances the level of deliverance and paves a way to growth
For the last two decades, the education sector is coming up like industry and there is a lot of competition among the keyholders. This growing competition is helping us a lot to improve the quality of education in India. Competition is an essential part of growth or the right way to achieve the targets.
