An urgent need to revamp the education model of the country

Today’s world is a world of information, technology, internationalization, and competition. We can perceive education as a human asset that enhances knowledge, skills, talent, abilities, and capabilities to make a person's life much more valuable. When we talk about quality education, it is the excellence of knowledge and information that spreads from educational professionals and platforms to the future generations. As technology is changing, new modes to spread education are orienting. Previously education was just used to spread by teaching styles and limited to institutes but technology has brought it to a level of advancement.

Today we can use the internet to educate our self, E-education is also been introduced and we can also find online educational courses and recorded lectures on CDs, blended learning, mixed mode learning, virtual learning, simulations, role-playing, web-based learning, internet-enabled learning, computer-based training, video conferencing, etc.

High technology has to be adopted as a new challenge in the education world

There are many challenges but foremost one is the challenge in adapting the high technologies in the fields of education. Adoption of E-learning courses, Improvement in teaching-learning process, Upgradation to high-quality research, etc which is ever-evolving with time.

Our curriculum answers “Know-how” and “Know Why” of the students

Our Curriculum is continuously updated to meet the requirement of industry and society so that the student will get updated “Know-how and Know Why” in the field. Industry experts are involved in designing the curriculum and our faculty act more as mentors than teachers to the students.

My whole team is focused on acting more as mentors rather than teachers

I believe in periodic communication but I like to keep it impromptu, rather than a fixed day or date. I try to stay slightly informal in my conversation to extract the difficulties or feedback from them. My whole team is focused on acting more as mentors than teachers. Once we show this generation the correct direction, they can teach themselves with so much at hand due to information technology. I focus on their character building.

Competition enhances the level of deliverance and paves a way to growth

For the last two decades, the education sector is coming up like industry and there is a lot of competition among the keyholders. This growing competition is helping us a lot to improve the quality of education in India. Competition is an essential part of growth or the right way to achieve the targets.
