Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research (VIMSAR), Sambalpur (Odisha) offers MBBS, MD/MS, Nursing, Residency Program & DMLT/DMRT programs to the students under its multiple departments. The institute follows the semester-based academic curriculum and schedules its academic session into two semesters i.e. Odd & Even semester. The Odd semester starts in the month of August and ends up in the month of December. The even semester begins in January and completes in June. VIMSAR Exam Result 2020

The result of the term-end semester and PMB annual examination of MBBS course is declared by the university within 20-25 days of the examination. The Veer Surendra Sai Institute of Medical Sciences and Research result of Odd semester term-end and supplementary examination is declared in the month of December-January (only during the 1st semester). The even semester examination result is generally released in the month of August. The result of PMB Annual examination is uploaded in the month of July (for the 1st PMB Annual June-Exam) and January-February (2nd, 3rd-I, and 3rd-II-Exam). The result of MD/MS theory and practical examination conducted in the month of March-April at the end of the program is declared in the month of May.   • Download and save it for further use.

VIMSAR Exam Timetable 2020

The timetable of the term-end semester, supplementary, and PMB annual examination is uploaded on the university’s website 25-30 days prior to the commencement of the examination. The examination timetable of the Odd semester is expected to be uploaded in the month of October-November, while that of the even semester is generally uploaded in the month of May. The examination schedule of PMB annual examination is circulated by the month of May (during the 1st PMB examination) and in the month of November (during the 2nd, 3rd-I and II annual examination).
