I have selected the teaching profession by choice and not by chance
Education and Training is a fundamental right and cannot be taken for granted. In my personal view if more teachers collaborate with each other and share their learning and research experience, the more effectively they can work in their respective fields. Teacher cooperation is a compulsory component of their educational program. This characteristic of education is more evident in advanced in the developing nations which attract young people to the teaching profession. A good teacher personalizes his educational approach based on the student's need rather than a generalized approach for the entire group. In the learning cycle, a project approach rather than a subject-centric approach should be followed more often for better output.
Every sunrise brings new opportunities and new challenges
I think leadership is an inborn quality. The leaders need to give others leadership opportunities to promote development and share responsibility for achieving goals. Leaders have to identify their shortcomings and constantly search for ways to develop their leadership skills. Every day is a new day and we have to face new problems. To find a solution to the problems and drive the team forward is a quality of leadership.
We are incorporating industry-oriented learning for the students to attain insights about the industry
We should not compare our students with foreign students or our country with western parts. Our study methodology is based on a holistic approach, which is well accepted inside the nation and abroad. Nowadays, we are incorporating the industry-oriented portion in the curriculum for better employability.
We are focussing on developing holistic skill-sets for the students
Our students should seek the best position in University as well as more number of students should qualify for the GPAT. Our graduate students should occupy the best position in the Government and private sector for which we are arranging personality development classes regularly.
With time, the institute has evolved into a centre of excellence
When I came to MIT Group of Institutions that time student strength was only 30 and now it is 435. Jointly with management not only we established as the best Institute in the country but also with the same brand we opened one more Pharmacy Institutions in the same campus.
There are multiple parameters of learning and to excel through our platform
We have one of the best infrastructure and faculty positions in the region. We have especially arranged GPAT classes for 3rd and final year students by experts from Institutes and outside Institutes on a regular basis.
