MICA began offering online programs way back in 2006. “With digital contributing of about 8 per cent of India’s economy and potential to grow in future, online management and online education is up for grabs. Online education is indeed a kind of ‘uberisation’ of knowledge and education. It was a sheer delight to witness so many learners turn in to receive their certificates and meet professors and their batch mates in person on campus.” said, Prof. Anita Basalingappa – Chairperson, Online Programs at MICA.
As per the Global Shaper Survey, 2017, 47.79 per cent of respondents said they would be willing to pursue specific skills in the current dynamics of the new learning.
