The placement record of the MBA students at ABBS over the years has been impressive and many of the top companies have recruited from the Institution and have kept coming back, year after year. More than 80% of our students were placed by the time they passed out of our college and the remaining students have also been placed in due course. The Placement Cell at ABBS is called "Career Development Cell", who start working on the placement process from the admission stage itself. This team works to provide the infrastructure and opportunities for you to position yourself for the future. Here’s how they work:

  • Recruitment Management System: All job descriptions received from various organizations will be sent to the students via e-mail & WhatsApp along with a summary on the placement notice board.
  • On-Campus Recruiting: We arrange for recruiters to come to campus to meet with you whether you are pre-selected as a candidate or wish to attend an open interview session.
  • Interview Preparations: ABBS will organize several soft skills, aptitude and communication courses through reputed training partners, where students can improve their chances of getting employed. The Placement Cell and internal faculty will also organize debates, quiz contests, extempore speaking, etc. regularly to help the students.

Training & Development

Once a student is admitted for our Post Graduate programmes, the student is groomed to be ready for a successful career in the Industry. ABBS is equipped with highly qualified faculty, who share their rich industry experience with students and are highly committed and have extensive experience in Academics/Teaching, Industry or Applied Research. The faculty is continuously given opportunities for development, to re-examine their teaching methods and to hone their lecturing skills, with the aid of modern technology. Our initiatives include constant encouragement and financial support to our faculty to attend various national/international Seminars/Conferences, undertake Research and Consultancy assignments and to conduct/participate in various MDPs, EDPs, FDPs, OBPs, etc.

A large number of respected professionals from the industry are also invited as visiting faculty for delivering guest lectures. Industry visits are also a regular part of our curriculum. As a part of training, students are offered several soft skill courses in various areas like Effective Communication, Aptitude, Advanced Excel, Digital Marketing, Business Analytics, etc., in order to make them "Business Ready" by the time they complete this course, so that they are capable of starting to deliver results from Day 1, with minimum training inputs from their employer's side.
