For all those students thinking this pandemic sabotaged their plan of pursuing an MBA, the online MBA no GMAT program is for them. The good news doesn’t end here; the upcoming session will notice an abundance of affordable online MBA programs no GMAT of online MBA programs without having to take GMAT. COVID-19 has caused great disruptions in the GMAT sphere, and this has made the GMAT test centers to close down, and the aspirant’s inability to take one.
This online MBA without GMAT programs range from top to lower tier, thereby easing the candidate’s selection process. The GMAT requirement has also been waived off in the majority of B-schools, or even if there are few of them accepting it, alongside they are putting up with a simultaneous way to get away with it.
To talk about a few of the B-schools considering MBA without GMAT or GRE, Indiana University’s Kelly direct online MBA and Carnegie Mellon’s Tepper School of Business both have ranked highly, but both of them call for GMAT scores and the waivers are massively competitive. While Indiana’s percentage of GMAT score acceptance is 32%, Tepper’s is 83%, ranking the highest. One may find certain B-schools accepting GMAT scores being added to the list of no-GMAT online MBA programs, but they have reportedly suspended the requirement for now.
This year saw a count of 17 out of 47 final enrollees submitting their GMAT scores, and 42 B-schools accepting the GMAT score with an average landing to 649.4.
It must also be noted that there have been drop-offs in the GMAT score submission percentage from the beginning to the present date. For instance, Indiana reported 47% at the end of the year, but it has reported separately as 32%. UNC Kenan-Flagler previously reported 6% but then there was a mere rise to 7%. A similar trend is noticed in USC Marshall where the score submission escalated from 25% to 28%. Since the GMAT exam is also costly for certain candidates, the lookout for the best MBA with a GMAT waiver is also a factor.
There are also few MBA programs that should be highlighted like Babson College’s Olin Graduate School of Business which offers a $90,000 online MBA program and has an acceptance rate of 89% and GMAT score is not enforced. University of Illinois’s Urbana Champaign Gies College of Business has made a featuring appearance with their iMBA $22,000 and no GMAT requirement. If you are someone on the lookout for an online MBA no work experience required then contacting the concerned university will be a proper decision.
