STATE LEVEL ONLINE TEST
Divya Biyani, a native of Nanded, Maharashtra achieved a grand score of 165 out of 200 last year making her the topper of MAH CET 2018. She holds Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and law. Currently she is pursuing Masters’ in law from Narayanrao Chavan Law College, Nanded. Coming from such rich academic background, Divya states that “Regular practice is the key to crack any exam”.
In the year 2018 the number of applicants for MAH CET 2018 was the highest, around 98,606 candidates took the exam and top 40 secured 99.9 percentile. Going by the numbers, it is expected that this year also number of applicants will be high so does the competition level.

MAH CET or Maharashtra Common Entrance test is conducted by state cell, Maharashtra for MBA admissions in the state. The exam will be conducted in second week of March. It will be conducted online and question paper will contain 4 sections namely Abstract Reasoning, Quantitative Reasoning, Verbal Ability and Logical Reasoning. For every correct answer, 1 mark is awarded. The add on advantage of taking MAH CET than other management exams is that there is no negative marking applicable.
As per Divya, Cracking MAH CET is more of a time management game. Online mock tests and appearing for tests such as NTSE right from school level has helped her in inculcating time management skills.
She is also an UPSC aspirant and has appeared thrice for the exam. Pursuing management was her backup plan. So, she didn’t join any coaching classes and prepared at home only.
