MAH CET Result 2019

MAH CET Result 2019 is expected to be declared in the last week of March 2019 in the online mode only. Candidates must visit the official portal of MAH CET, i.e. They are required to enter their application number and date of birth for checking their MAH CET Result.  

Directorate of Technical Education, Maharashtra is responsible for declaring MAH CET 2019 Result. MAH CET exam is organized for those students who are seeking admission in the Management courses.  Candidates must check all important details related to MAH CET 2019 Result further in the article.

On the basis of MAH CET Result, merit list will be prepared and students will be raked accordingly. All the shortlisted candidates will be called for counselling. Officials of DTE Maharashtra are responsible for releasing the MAH CET 2019 cut off marks. More will be the cut off marks higher will be the chances of getting a seat in the desired college. How to Check MAH CET 2019 Result?

Those students who have successfully cleared the entrance examination are only able to check their result. Students can access the result through online mode only by visiting the official website of DTE from the last week of March 2019. The result will not be sent to the applicant’s address through post or courier.

Following steps help students to check their MAH CET 2019 Result:

  • Visit the official website of DTE, i.e.
  • Search and Click on the link named as “MAH-MBA/ MMS CET 2019” Result
  • Students will be redirected to another page
  • Enter the Registration Number and Date of Birth
  • Click on Submit button
  • MAH CET Result will be displayed on the screen
  • Download and take printout for future reference.

Details on MAH CET 2019 Scorecard

The scorecard is a very important document as it contains all the information related to the scores obtained by the candidate in an exam. Students are advised to download the scorecard and keep it safe till the admission process ends.

MAH CET 2019 Merit List

MAH CET 2019 Merit list will be released after the declaration of result by the competent authority. As per the student’s marks in the examination, they will be ranked in the merit list. The merit list will be declared in two stages i.e. Provisional Merit List and Final Merit List.

Provisional merit list will be declared in the second week of March 2019. Candidate’s admission will not be confirmed on the basis of provisional merit list. Final merit list will be published in the last week of June 2019. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of tie-breaking criteria.

Merit list Tie-Breaking, on the following order of preference:

  • Applicants having higher percentage of marks in the aggregate at the HSC or equivalent examination will be given higher rank accordingly
  • If tie exists, then students having higher percentage of marks in SSC will get higher preference
  • If tie still exists, then older students will given preference

MAH CET 2019 Cut off

Cut off marks are the minimum marks scored by the candidate in order to get admission in the particular college. It will be decided on the basis of various factors which are as:

  • Difficulty level of the examination
  • Previous year cut off marks
  • Reservation norms
  • Total number of students appearing in the exam

For deciding MAH CET 2019 Cut off marks, students must have the knowledge of previous year cut off marks. The Following table shows the previous year cut off marks:

MAH CET 2019 Counselling

MAH CET Counselling will be held on the basis of merit list prepared after the entrance examination. Counselling will be organized by the competent authority. For appearing in the counselling, students have to fill the admission form to register for admission. Counselling is scheduled to be commenced in the third week of May 2019.

Students are advised to bring the following list of documents along with them at the time of counselling for verification:

  • 10th and 12th class certificate and mark sheet
  • Graduation degree mark sheet
  • MAH CET 2019 Scorecard
  • School leaving certificate
  • Identity proof
  • Domicile certificate
  • Caste certificate

For participating in the counselling, students have to submit the registration fees. General and OBC category candidates have to pay INR 1000 as registration and SC/ ST category candidates have to pay INR 800. Registration fees can be paid in online mode only using Debit/ Credit card or net banking.
