STATE LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) is all set to conduct the state level examination in online mode. All the candidates preparing for JCECE 2018 must take this into knowledge. JCECE Board is a single board that conducts various other entrance exams namely JEECE, JCECE LE, JCECE, PECE, ITI, DtoDECE, VtoDECE, PMECE, NECE.
It is important to sit for a few mock tests to be familiar with the online mode of examination. The board intends to outsource the entire process of CBT mode of examination, formatting of application forms, conducting examination and publication of merit-based final result. The finalization will be done by February 2018 and will be informed at the official website of JCECE i.e. http://jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in.

A number of factors are considered by JCECEB while organizing the online mode of examination. The test centres have to be such that students are spaced out apart with divisions between them, to avoid cases of cheating. It is suggested that JCECE mock test trial runs should be held for at least two weeks prior the conduct of exam for the ease of candidates. Check JCECE Practice Papers
It is a more secure as answers are all marked in a system and will be machine graded.
CBT also saves the time of having to mark answers in the OMR sheet. Often students mark incorrectly in OMR sheet as they are in a hurry during the exam and lose out marks.
Students may be unfamiliar with this pattern of examination. It can be overcome if they practice a lot of online mock tests.
The other possibility can be of glitches. The exam conducting authority must take several measures to avoid any kind of issue.
