NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE/OFFLINE TEST
MAT Exam is conducted in two modes viz. online and written, a candidate can exercise either option while filling the application form. The online exam will be conducted on September 15, 2018 and offline exam is scheduled on September 2, 2018.

MAT Exam is divided into five sections and Intelligence and Critical Reasoning is one of the trickiest topics among others. The complete syllabus of this section is listed below:

The questions included in Intelligence and Critical Reasoning section of MAT question paper are completely logical by nature. All it requires is sharp and accurate human logical ability. This section has 40 multiple choice objective type questions of 1 mark each. Provision of negative marking is followed, 1/4 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
It is very important for candidates to read and understand the type of questions asked very well, before attempting it. Students are advised to practice this section daily and solve at least one mock paper regularly. Candidates are instructed to remember and follow few mantras to excel in this section. Here are few important tips that are beneficial for the appearing candidates.
There are few topics in Critical Reasoning which need special attention and these topics cover a good number of questions holding about 10-15% of marks.

AIMA declares MAT Cut Off marks after the announcement of MAT Result. Candidates who have cleared the cut off are considered eligible to get admission in the institutes considering MAT score. If a candidate scores 500+ marks in MAT, he/she will be eligible to get admission in the top listed B-Schools of the country.
Many institutes declare their own expected cut off marks list and offer admission according to it.
