NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE/OFFLINE TEST
AIEED 2017 Application started from November 9, 2016 and was concluded on Nov 30. The exam will be held in two phases viz. General Aptitude Test(GAT) and Creative Ability Test(CAT). GAT is the first phase of AIEED and it is compulsory for all applicants. GAT will be held from March 15, 2017, to May 10, 2017. Creative Ability Test (CAT) is only for UG candidates. CAT can be given either: - Centre Based: Any two consecutive Saturday's after GAT Exam or Online Exam: Within 5 Days of online GAT Exam. After the completion of AIEED 2017 Examination, the result will be announced in the month of July 2017.
The AIEED 2017 Exam can be attempted in either online or offline mode. AIEED 2017 question paper will contain 45 to 50 questions, depending on the difficulty level. The total duration of the AIEED 2017 is 3 hours and 15 minutes. The total marks allotted in AIEED 2017 is 200. There will be no negative marking in the examination. Candidates can attempt offline exam in either Hindi or English while the online exam is to be attempted in English only. AIEED (All India Entrance Examination For Design) examination is designed to assess candidates’ knowledge about Design sensitivity, Ability to solve problems, Logical reasoning, Creativity and Awareness on World Affairs.
Candidates are advised to carefully plan and prepare for the paper. Candidate must practice all topics to get a grip of all the topics.
