OJEE ,Odisha Joint Entrance Examination  is a state level entrance exam which is conducted every year by OJEE committee. It is an exam for those candidates who seek to get admission in various medical, engineering & management institutes across Odisha. OJEE Phase 2 Pharmacy took place earlier this year in the month of July and the results for the same were declared in the month of August.

After the declaration of OJEE Counselling Dates, you need to register yourself for the seat allotment process. You need to choose and lock the seats beforehand so as to save yourself the place of your interest.


OJEE Phase 2 Seat Allotment Process

For the OJEE Seat allotment, you are supposed to register yourself first for the same by visiting the official website. On the official website you need to fill in the required credentials like your Name, Roll Number, Date of Birth etc before you get registered. After getting registered and after checking out the Counselling center where you will be reporting, the next thing that you are supposed to for is prepare yourself a folder with the OJEE Necessary Documents.


Mentioned below is the list of the important documents that will be required at the time of the Seat allotment of OJEE:

  • 10th Class Board Original Certificate
  • 12th Class Science Board Mark Sheet
  • 12th Class Passing Certificate
  • School leaving or College leaving certificate
  • Fee Slip of Rs. 5,450/- in the form of Bank Draft in the favor of ‘OJEE-2016’ payable at Bhubaneswar drawn on any scheduled bank.
  • NEET Rank Card
  • Registration Slip of OJEE
  • Resident/Nativity Certificate (Appendix-I) in original from concerned Revenue Officer not below than Tahsildar
  • Certificate of Employment of candidate’s Parent / Spouse (Appendix- II). Employer: Govt. of Odisha / Govt. of India / Govt. of India undertakings / Govt. of Odisha undertakings located in Odisha at the time of application

It is important for you to carry the originals as well as two photocopies of the documents of the originals. The authorities might want to keep the copies with them for future references or for any future record. Hence, make sure to carry all the documents. Also, make sure to reach the center on time, if you get late to reach the center then the candidate next to you will be considered against you.
