SRMJEEE 2019 conducted by the SRM Institute of Science & Technology (formerly known as SRM University) for admission into their undergraduate Engineering programs for campuses in Kattankulathur, Ramapuram, Ramapuram Part-Vadapalani and NCR Ghaziabad. SRM will release the dates for SRMJEEE 2019 on the official website in due course of time. SRMJEEE exam is conducted in different slots at different test centers. Based on the past trends, a tentative timeline for the events involved in SRMJEEE 2019 has been tabulated below.

Applicants must note that these dates are tentative. It is advisable to follow the official website for further updates on SRMJEEE 2019.
The eligibility conditions for SRMJEEE 2019 are listed below:
Nationality: Resident Indians, NRI, PIO or OCI card holders issued by GOI are eligible to apply for SRMJEEE (UG); however, apart from Resident Indian candidates, all other candidates are required to apply as International applicants.
Age: Applicants should be of at least 16 years of age as on July 31 of the calendar year in which the Qualifying examination is held.
Qualifying Examination: B. Tech Applicants should have either passed or appearing for Higher Secondary Examination with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as major subjects from any recognized Indian board. International Baccalaureate (IB) A-level qualified candidates with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as major subjects are also eligible to apply.
Qualifying Examination Score: Minimum aggregate of 60% marks is required in qualifying exam for SRM Chennai Campus while for all other SRM Campuses, the minimum score is 50%.
SRMJEEE 2019 Registration can be completed in either online or offline modes. A common application form has to be filled for all SRM Campuses. The steps involved in SRMJEEE 2019 Online Application Process are:
Step I: Visit the official website of SRM University, i.e. www.srmuniv.ac.in and click the link 'Apply for B. Tech'.
Step II: Complete the registration process by entering the required personal details. The system will generate a registration number and password which will also be sent to applicants’ registered email address.
Step III: Re-login to the website with the registration number and password provided and fill the application form as per instructions.
Step IV: Check the details entered on the application form before finally submitting their application on the website.
Step V: Applicants also need to upload scanned images of recent passport-sized color photograph, specimen signature, 10th & 12th mark sheets. The images need to be in dimensions as prescribed in the application form.
Step VI: Application fee for SRMJEEE 2019 can be paid both online as well as offline.
Applicants can make online payment of INR 1060 using either net banking or credit/debit cards via the integrated payment gateway.
Applicants can also pay the fee offline through a Demand Draft, drawn in favor of SRMIST, payable at Chennai. Applicants need to obtain print of the filled in application form from the official website, attach the DD with name and address clearly written on the reverse side and send to:

As mentioned earlier, SRMJEEE 2019 Application Form can also be submitted offline, and the cost of the same will be INR 1160. The Online Application Form will be in OMR format and has to be filled up meticulously following the instructions. Also, it is the responsibility of the applicant that the duly filled in application form along with the application fee payment reaches the Admissions Office within the deadline for being accepted.
Please note that SRM IST will not be responsible for any delay or loss in postal transit or any irregularity in context of offline submission of SRMJEEE Application Form.
SRMJEEE 2019 Admit Card will be issued only to those eligible candidates who have submitted their application form complete in all respects, within the specified deadline. The Admit Card will have information regarding the applicant’s name, address and photograph apart from the details regarding the allotted test center and the test schedule. It needs to be downloaded from the candidate login/dashboard on the official website.
Once downloaded, applicants must examine any discrepancy in the information printed on the card. Any misprint should be immediately reported to the Director Admission. Candidates should carry with them in person a photo ID proof issued by the GOI along with the SRMJEEE 2019 Admit Card for verification purpose at the examination center. No hall tickets will be dispatched by post or any other offline mode. Candidates need to download the same from the official website, tentatively from March 2019 onwards.
Aspirants can download SRMJEEE 2019 Admit card from their login/dashboard on the official website. The steps involved are listed below:
Step I: Visit the official website, i.e. www.srmuniv.ac.in and login with the system generated login credentials.
Step II: Click on SRMJEEE 2019 Admit Card tab.
Step III: The candidate’s admit card is displayed on-screen which can be now downloaded and printed for future references.
SRMJEEE 2019 will be conducted in 217 centers across India. Applicants can, during the application process, select any three locations, in order of preference, as their choice of exam center. From 2017, six international exam centers have been included to make it easier for NRIs to appear for the SRMJEEE. These are:
The allocation of exam center is done by SRM IST on the basis of the candidate’s preference, though SRM IST’s decision in this regard is final and binding on all.

SRMJEE 2019 Result is expected to be declared by SRM University in April 2019 on the official website. Candidates who have registered a valid mobile number at the time of application will be updated their rank via SMS. A merit list will be prepared on the basis of total marks secured in SRMJEEE 2019.

The rank assigned to a candidate and scorecard will be considered final for counselling and all processes leading up to admission into the desired program at SRM University.
SRMJEEE 2019 Cut Off Score will be released alongside the SRMJEEE 2019 Results. Cut-Off Score is the minimum marks required to be scored by a candidate to be eligible for SRMJEEE 2019 Counselling and thereafter the admission process. There are a number of factors responsible for deciding the cut-off score like the number of examinees, difficulty level of the exam, marking scheme, number of seats available as well as the category of the individual applicants.
The Merit List of SRMJEEE 2019 is affected by the cut-off score. In case a candidate falls short of the cut-off score for a preferred program in a particular campus, then they can go for the option of retake. This is a provision in which candidates can improve their score in a maximum of two retakes, and the best of the three will be taken into consideration during counseling.

SRM University offers scholarships, fee waiver schemes etc. to meritorious and deserving students on the basis of their scores in the qualifying examination, performance in SRMJEEE, exemplary skills or any other factor as deemed fit by the scholarship committee. Please note that the quantum and number of scholarships awarded are subject to change from time to time and the decision regarding the same is the sole discretion of the Committee. Also, all scholarships offered are at the entry-level and the continuance of scholarship for the subsequent year is based on the student’s academic performance.
