# JEE Main 2014 Paper Analysis

JEE Main 2014 exam was conducted on multiple dates of April 2014. Around 5 lakh students across India and abroad appeared for JEE Main 2014. Paper 1 was divided into 3 sections- Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, carrying a total of 360 marks.

The paper of JEE Main was moderate in terms of difficulty level. The paper consisted of 3 sections viz. Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. The total number of MCQs in each section is 30 and each question carries 4 marks.

#### Highlights of JEE Main 2014-

• Each section of Paper 1 had had 30 questions, carrying 4 marks each. Check JEE Main Exam Pattern
• For every wrong answer, 1 mark is deducted as penalty.
• Paper 2 was divided into 3 parts wherein,
1. Part 1 had 50 aptitude questions,
2. Part 2 had 30 mathematics questions and
3. Part 3 carried 2 questions carrying 70 marks.
