The registration process for SNAP has already been started from August 28 and will go on till November 26, 2018. SNAP is different from other popular management exams like CAT and IIFT and that is because of the huge amount of presence of General awareness section in SNAP exam. CAT exam generally doesn’t carry the section of General awareness. By scoring in general awareness section in SNAP exam, a candidate could definitely gain high score while attempting SNAP exam.

There are basically four section in SNAP exam pattern, namely:
It has been believed that SNAP exam lays heavy emphasis on Quantitative and arithmetic questions. This section consists of Averages, Time and Distance, Ration and proportion, Alligations and mixtures, Mensuration, Percentages etc.Whereas the questions asked on Data sufficiency in SNAP exam are comparatively easy and are not as complex as asked in XAT or CAT exam.
General English section is all about vocabulary questions, reading comprehension passages and grammar questions. Vocabulary, verbal reasoning and Grammar are the major sub sections to ponder on, while preparing for General English section.
Due to heavy marks allotted to the questions of Analytical and Logical reasoning, this section is considered most important one in SNAP exam as it helps you to clear SNAP cut-off. The section carries subjects like critical reasoning, deductive logic, logical reasoning sets, series, visual reasoning, blood relations, puzzles and analogies.
General Awareness section is that one section which can ponder plenty of marks to the SNAP aspirants. The reason for this the vastness of SNAP general awareness syllabus. In this section, the questions asked are basically related to current affairs, Business GK, awards and prizes, sports event, and important events of the last year.
