Thamilselvam L cleared TANCET in 2012 with a percentile score of 29. He got admission for his course studies in Jamal Mohamed College, Trichy. He says, candidates should join classes when there is literally a need but when practice can be done by self then there is no need to join any classes. He suggests, preferring a good book is a very good thing, and everyone should do it.

Ans. I didn’t join any classes for the preparation of TANCET so I am rating it as 1.
Ans. My weak areas were distance, speed & time and Work & Time numerical, but I prepared well and my full focus was on these topics. I did hard practice and got succeeded.
Ans. I followed some websites for the mock papers. And I practiced all the questions from RS Aggarwal.
Ans. I started only 2 months back but I got some reasonable marks, if you start preparing just before 4 months then you have to do daily 1-2 hour to score good marks in the exams.
Ans. I only followed RS Aggarwal book. For strategy, I would suggest firstly go for those topics which are easy and scoring and then move to the other topics. Practice more to get good score.
Ans. You get a good marks means you join the college whatever you want. So prepare yourself to get a good marks. I don’t have any issues, so I don’t feel like going back and change…I am happy with what I have.
