STATE LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
IP University has recently released the date for its IPU Counselling for the Second round (BDS Course). As per the official notification, the second round of counselling will be held on September 29, 2016. The venue for rhe same will be GGSIPU, Sector 16 C, Dwarka, New Delhi-78. The candidates who were eagerly waiting for the Second Round can now prepare themselves for the same.
IPUCET (Common Entrance Test of Indraprastha University) is the top most exam which is conducted yearly. It is conducted for the candidates who seek admission in various UG and PG Programmes offered by GGSIPU. IPUCET exam was held earlier in the month of May and the results for the same was announced in the month of June. The IP counselling for the first round was held on September 17, 2016.
Till last year as we all know, the IPU Admissions were done on the basis of IPU CET Score but for the academic session of 2016-17 it has been cancelled. Those of you who participated in the first round of IP University Counselling must be aware about the fact that the IPU Admission will be done on the basis of NEET Scores. Therefore, all the NEET qualified candidates, who have registered themselves shall appear for the Second Round of IPU Counselling.

You should know that the admissions to BDS course will be made on the basis of NEET Rank only. Hence, make sure to that you are an eligible candidate.
Only those candidates are eligible to sit for the counselling who got themselves registered and also the ones who did not attend the first session of the IP Counselling. For those of you who did not attend the first counselling, may have to pay a fee to sit in the second session of counselling. Listed below are the steps that you will have to follow during the Counselling for BDS Course:
Note: Make sure to check that your Admission Slip is carrying correct information regarding your Name, Branch and College Shift, amount you’ve paid, rank obtained etc.
After collecting your admission slip, you can now leave the counselling hall with a big smile on your face and go to any of your favorite place and party. The reason for this would be, now you have become a part of India’s one of the most reputed University.
You will be allotted the seat as per your NEET Merit List.

Note: For those of you, whose name is not mentioned or have not been called for the counselling are eligible to attend the IP Counselling (BDS Course) as a General Category Candidate. Hence, if any vacancy arises then you will have an opportunity to go for the same.
Before planning on sitting for the Second Round of IP University Counselling, you should make sure to go through the following pointers listed below:
All eligible candidates have to bring the following documents in original along with an attested or self-attested copy of the each at the time of Counselling/Admission.
It is important for you to carry Original as well as atleast 2 photocopies of all the documents. It is because, the conducting body may want to keep the copies with them for future records.
