NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
CUCET is conducted for the admissions into UG and PG courses in the ten state universities in India. The participating state universities are Haryana, Jammu, Jharkhand, Karnataka, Bihar, Kashmir, Kerala, Punjab, Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu. CUCET provides a single window opportunity to the students to seek admission to about 200 programmes across ten universities. The Application Form for CUCET will be available from March 14, 2017. Candidates can apply online for CUCET 2017 on its official website before April 20, 2017. The exam is to be held on May 21 – 22, 2017.
Candidates are required to register themselves on the university website after the declaration of CUCET 2017 results to appear for Kerala admission process. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of CUCET score. The shortlisted candidates on the basis of merit list will be called for Kerala Admission. They are required to bring all the original documents at the time of admission.
As CUCET is a joint exam organized by ten state universities. They set the CUCET eligibility criteria. Candidates must fufil the eligibility criteria laid by the universities for Kerala admission. Candidates can go through following table to know the important dates of CUCET 2017 as given below:

There is only one Undergraduate course i.e. BA (International Relations) covered under CUCET 2017. There are no Ph.D programmes offered by State of Kerala under CUCET 2017. The required eligibility for Kerala Admission as mentioned below:
There are total of 116 seats in post-graduate programme. The eligibility criteria vary according to the courses. Candidates should be less than 26 years in age to apply for master degree courses.
For MA Programme – Candidates must have BA degree in any stream from an AICTE approved university. General category candidates must have secured minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate. There is a relaxation of 5% of marks for SC/ ST/ OBC candidates.
For M.Sc Programme (Mathematics or Physics)– Candidates must possess the B.Sc degree in Mathematics/ Physics from a recognized university.
M.Sc (Environment Science) – A candidate must possess the graduation degree in Science/ engineering/ Agriculture Sciences/ Geology/ Geography with a minimum of 55% of marks form a recognized university. SC/ ST candidates required only 50% of marks in aggregate.
Master of Public Health – Candidates must have MBBS/ B.Sc (Nursing)/ B.Tech/ B.Pharma/ B Ayush/ Physiotherapy/ B.V.Sc degree from an AICTE approved university. There are no criteria for minimum marks in this programme.

There are various UG and PG courses offered at CU Kerala. Here are the list of following courses.
In Kerala Admission through CUCET, the seats are reserved for SC, ST, OBC in each department. According to India of govt. norms, 3% of seats are reserved for PWD candidates. Those who wish to be considered for reservation should attach the attested copies of caste certificate from a competent authority. Candidates suffering less than 40% of disability will not be considered under PWD category. The reservation for Kashmiri and Ex-Servicemen will be given according to the government of India rules and the supernumerary seats are also available for J&K migrants and Ex- Servicemen. CUCET 2017 result will be declared in the 1st week of June 2017. Candidates can register for CU Kerala counselling process after the declaration of result. There is no separate counselling fee for the candidates. After CUCET 2017 result, CU Kerala will declare the counselling/ admission schedule and merit list. The merit list will be prepared on the basis of CUCET score and other criteria. The common criteria are following:
