    CUCET 2017 Registration started on its official website starting from March 20. The Application is accepted only in online mode at cucet2017.co.in. Last date to apply for Central University Common Entrance Test is April 14, 2017. Application Fee of INR 800 for General/OBC candidates and 350 for SC/ST candidates is to be paid through Online/debit/credit card. However, payment can also be made through Challan with an additional charge of INR 50 as bank commission. CUCET is conducted on a rotational basis jointly by ten central universities accepting CUCET Scores. This year, the exam is scheduled by on May 17-18, 2017.

    CUCET is conducted for admission to UG and integrated programmes across the ten central universities.


    CUCET 2017 Exam Dates

    As mentioned earlier, the registration has already started at cucet2017.co.in. Admit card for the exam will be available from May 05, 2017. Check the dates below and mark your calendar for important dates. The exam will be conducted in online mode for which answer keys will be released on or after May 19, 2017.

    CUCET 2017 Registration Details

    CUCET 2017 Registration is underway and application will be accepted in online mode at official website. Candidates applying for exam shall follow the steps mentioned below to ensure smooth conduct of their CUCET 2017 Application.

    • Go to the official website; cucet2017.co.in
    • Click on the link-“Apply” from the menu bar
    • Fill in the details required
    • Pay the requisite Application Fee
    • Attach your Photograph and Signature
    • Submit your application

    The details filled in the Registration form should be accurate and latest. Any deviation between the actual data and details filled in the Application Form will result in cancellation of such Applications. Also, contact number and email-id provided should be verified as all updates and information related to CUCET 2017 will be notified to candidates through email and sms.

    Details Required during CUCET Registration

    Candidates applying for CUCET 2017 will be required to provide the mentioned details. The details are required to create a profile for the candidate used during the Examination process followed by Admissions. Here is list of details required during CUCET 2017 Applications

    The details provided should be correct. CUCET is one of the most sought after national level entrance and thus every year the conducting body sees more than 100,000 applications every year. The candidates are advised to complete their registration at the earliest.


    CUCET 2017 Documents Required

    CUCET 2017 Registration requires candidates to provide basic details about their personal history, their education background and applied courses. Here is the list of documents required for CUCET 2017 Application

    • Photo ID issued by GOI
    • Class X Marksheet
    • Class XII Marksheet
    • Category Certificate, if required
    • Medical Certificate, if required

    Candidates need not attach their documents while applying for the exam but it is recommended to refer such documents while carrying out your CUCET 2017 Application. The conducting authority encourages students for e-payment to avoid delay.


    Payment of Fees in CUCET 2017 Application Fee

    The candidates applying for CUCET 2017 will have to pay INR 800 (INR 350 for SC/ST) to complete their Application. The Fee can be paid through either of the modes: Online and Offline. While candidates choosing Online Payment will have to pay the said amount, extra charge of INR 50 will be required for payment through Challan. Check the Application Fee details below.

    Guidelines to follow while CUCET 2017 Registration

    Since CUCET 2017 Registration will be carried out at official website. Central University of Rajasthan (CURAJ) released set of guidelines to assist candidates with their CUCET 2017 Application.

    • Candidate of OBC Category must ensure that, they are from “Central List” of OBC as mentioned on National Commission of OBC Portal
    • All applicants are advised to check the eligibility criteria thoroughly before applying for the programme, because, different universities have different eligibility criteria for similar courses. Hence, students will be themselves responsible if they opt for a course for which they are not eligible.
    • Applications should be submitted ONLINE only; OFFLINE applications will NOT be accepted.
    • Applicants are required to have a valid personal email ID and mobile number which should be kept active during the entire admission process, so that the university may send alerts, important communications etc. regarding entrance test on them.
    • Applicants should be ready with his/her good quality and latest digital photograph and signature of size between 1 KB - 500 KB while applying, the detailed information about which has been given above in the GUIDELINES TO UPLOAD PHOTOGRAPH AND SIGNATURE.

    CUCET 2017 Admit Card

    Last date to apply for CUCET 2017 is April 14, 2017. The Applications will be scrutinized digitally and Admit Cards will be released against successful applications. Candidates can obtain their Admit Card at cucet2017.co.in. The Admit card will be available at the website from May 05, 2017.

    Candidates must verify all details present in the Admit Card. The details present must match the information provided during CUCET Application. Since the admit card is one of the authorizing document that validates candidature of applicants, hence the information must be accurate and correct. Misprints or errors in the Admit card must be reported to the concerned authorities as soon as possible to avoid any last minutes hassles.
