STATE LEVEL ONLINE TEST

The students appearing for TSICET or Telangana State Integrated Common Entrance Test have to prepare themselves thoroughly three subjects: analytical ability, mathematical ability and communication ability. The test is the screening test for admissions in MBA and MCA courses in colleges in the state of Telangana. **TSICET 2018** is conducted by Kakatiya University, Warangal on behalf of Telangana State Council of Higher Education, Hyderabad. TSICET’s paper has three sections based on the three subjects. All questions are multiple choice questions carrying one mark each. There are total 200 questions. Analytical ability sections carries 75 marks, mathematical ability 75 marks and communication ability 50 marks. Time duration for completing the paper is 2 and ½ hours. TSICET Mathematical Ability Syllabus is of class 12 and UG level comprising sections on Arithmetical Ability, Algebraical and Geometrical Ability, Statistical Ability etc.

We give below detailed syllabus of TSICET Mathematical Ability section. Mathematical Ability Syllabus comprises sections on Arithmetical Ability, Algebraical and Geometrical Ability, and Statistical Ability. Trigonometry is also included in Algebraical and Geometrical Ability. The mathematical ability section is considered to be the toughest in the paper as per analysis of previous papers. While Arithmetic Ability questions are considered to be easier, the questions on Algebraical & Geometrical Ability are considered to be tough. While some questions are formula based, a lot of them require conceptual clarity and application.
