STATE LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
BCECE board has not yet published any official notification regarding delay in the Admit Card and postponing of exam scheduled on April 16. The Admit card was expected to be released at bceceboard.com starting from the first week of April but ‘due to unavoidable reasons’ it could not be available at website.
Candidates appearing for BCECE is finding themselves in a fix over the confusing and unclear state of the exam. Applicants had been waiting for Admit card for over a month now. The board has not yet published any official notification regarding the delay. A senior official who did not want his name to be disclosed said, “There are some technical issues. We are taking every measure to ensure smooth conduct of the exam. Students should focus on their preparation and leave the worries to exam authority”
As per the original notification, first stage of the examination was scheduled on April 16 and the second stage was scheduled on May 14. Now with the delay of BCECE Admit Card and Stage 1 exam, the second stage will get hurt in its schedule. Officials claim technical glitches and management of test centers as primary cause to the delay though no official statement has been published. In absence of any official statement, it is likely that the exam will be postponed. Students, on the other hand are confused and afraid due to the unannounced delay.
BCECE, Bihar Combined Engineering Combined entrance is conducted for admission to undergraduate engineering programmes offered by affiliated colleges under BCECEB. The admission to medical courses is done through National Eligibility cum entrance Test. The admission to post graduate medical admission is done by NEET PG and NEET MDS.
