BCECE Result 2019

BCECE Result 2019 will be announced in the last week of April, 2019 for Stage 1 and third week of June, 2019 for Stage 2. The scorecard for BCECE 2019 exam shall be made available on its official website, i.e. www.bceceboard.com. Students are required to log in with their registered student’s id, password to access their respective exam results.

  • Controller of Examination, BCECE Board is responsible to release the result and scorecard of BCECE 2019.
  • Only those who score as per the qualifying marks will be able to download their respective score card from the official website.
  • Candidate must hold a domicile of Bihar to apply for this examination.
  • BCECE examination is conducted in two stages, that is, Stage 1 and Stage 2 and it is mandatory for students to appear in the Stage 1 test, to reach up to the next level, stage 2.Check BCECE 2019 Exam Pattern
  • BCECE Counselling will commence after announcement of BCECE Result for Stage-2.

BCECE 2019 scores can be used for following purposes:

How to Check BCECE Result 2019?

BCECE result will be declared in the last week of April 2019 for Stage 1 and last week of June, 2019 for Stage 2 on its official website. Students must note that no document including result and scorecard will be sent to their respective address.

The steps for checking BCECE Result 2019 are mentioned below:

  • Visit the official website for BCECE i.e. www.bceceboard.com
  • Click on “BCECE Result” tab
  • Enter candidate’s roll number, application number, date of birth and captcha code.
  • Do verify the accuracy of mentioned credentials
  • Post verification, tap on ‘Submit’.
  • BCECE 2018 Result will be displayed where your Name, Application Number, Examination Paper, Marks Obtained and Qualifying Marks will be mentioned.

Details on BCECE 2019 Score Card

BCECE 2019 score card is one of the important documents retrieved online from BCECE’s official website, post result declaration. One has to show their respective score card of the current year to get admissions in any medical/technical/Agricultural science college in Bihar.

Candidates might not be allowed to attend BCECE counselling 2019 if they don’t possess the scorecard. Hence, candidates are highly recommended to take 2-3 print outs of same and preserve it until the admission process is over.

There are various personal as well as academic details mentioned on BCECE 2019 score card which are listed below:

  • Candidate’s Name
  • Candidate’s date of birth
  • Category of candidate
  • Application number
  • Roll number
  • Venue of the examination center
  • Counselling venue (with date and time)

It is also mandatory for candidates who appear for BCECE 2019 exam to carry a valid Indian government ID proof be it driving license, Voter ID, Passport or smart card at the venue, along with their respective scorecards issued by the authorities and a state domicile certificate that proves their residency in Bihar. Candidates will not be permitted in the allotted centers without the above-mentioned documents.


BCECE 2019 Answer Key

Answer key of BCECE 2019 is released by the Controller of Examination, B.C.E.C.E. Board on its official site few days after the date of examination. The answer key for BCECE 2019 stage 1 will be out by April 25, 2019 and for stage 2 by May 26, 2019.

This is a very important and helpful release for students who are appearing for examination as they will have a rough idea of how much they might score before the actual announcement of results.

Moreover, students have all the rights to challenge the released answer key in case of ambiguity. The final decision, however, shall be taken by BCECE committee and students are expected to respect that.

  • Login by entering your registered id and password.
  • Tap submit to proceed.
  • Locate and tap on the link for “BCECE 2019 answer key”.
  • Answer key will then, be displayed and students can estimate their score.

BCECE Merit List 2019

Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination 2019 merit list will be released by the concerned authorities of BCECE board, after the declaration of results, which is solely based on candidate’s performance in the examination.

Candidates who manage to qualify with appropriate marks and rank will be called for BCECE counselling and hence, will be provided admissions in their desired college in Bihar. They are required to carry few important documents to the allotted counselling center bulleted below:

  • BCECE 2019 Admit Card
  • BCECE 2019 Score card
  • 10th standard passing certificate and mark sheets
  • 12th standard qualifying certificate including mark sheets.
  • Reserved category certificate, if applicable (SC/ST/OBC)

BCECE Cut Off 2019

Cut off marks are the minimum qualifying marks required by candidates and released by the examining authority, BCECEB on its official website. Candidates must score minimum marks as per the cutoff or else they shall be prohibited from the counselling and admission procedure.

Various factors on which cut-off list depends are mentioned below:

  • Number of applicants
  • Availability of seats
  • Difficulty level in the exam.

BCECE Counselling 2019

BCECE 2019 Counselling session will most probably start from the 1st week of August 2019. Only those applicants would be able to participate who have managed to score the qualifying marks.

In order to participate in the counselling, applicants will have to download their respective counselling call letter which will be uploaded online on the official website of Bihar Combined Entrance Competitive Examination board. The counselling of BCECE comprises the below mentioned steps:

  1. Online Registration:

The very first step for counselling of BCECE is to register for it. Candidates will be prompted with personal details like candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth, BCECE 2019 roll number, address, phone number etc.

  1. Choice Filling:

Once registered for counselling 2019, students will have to login using their registered roll number and password for filling the choices and Lock the choices and keep a printout of it for future reference.

  1. Provisional Seat Allotment

After locking their choices, candidates would be able to download their respective provisional allotment letter. They are then required to report to the counselling venue, along with their provisional allotment letter, for handwriting verification. Candidates can check their counselling venue which will be printed in the allotment letter.

  1. Handwriting Verification

Candidate’s handwriting will be verified by the officials before the final seat allotment. It is done to ensure that right candidate is appearing for BCECE 2019 counselling.

  1. Final Seat Allotment

Candidates will be able to check and download their final allotment letter on BCECE’s official website. They just need to login to their account and retrieve their letters. After receiving the final letter, they need to get their document verified by reporting to the specified counselling center.
