Andhra Pradesh MBBS Colleges through NEET

NEET Counseling is conducted and managed by Medical Council Committee (MCC) of Directorate General of Health Services . The qualified candidates can participate in the counseling process online in which they are required to follow certain steps.

The first step for counseling of NEET exam includes online registration wherein the candidates need to enter their roll no., registration no., DOB, name etc. Post registration, candidates are required to select the course along with the college and lock their seats. The counseling process is conducted after declaration of NEET Results and therefore the merit list is also prepared.

NEET scores are accepted by a no. of colleges and universities in India. Each state has colleges where some seats reserved for MBBS program. There are nearly 28 Government and private colleges in Andhra Pradesh which offer MBBS program. Most of the colleges are affiliated to NTR University of Health Sciences, Vijaywada.

There are colleges affiliated to Sri Venkateswara Institute of Medical Sciences, Tirupati and GITAM Institute of Medical Sciences and Research, Visakhapatnam as well. The list of these colleges is mentioned in the article below.
