The most competitive exams are sometimes marred with errors and mistakes, even though a high quality team is involved and large time span is spent on formulating these questions to test the students on their capabilities to take up careers in the field of Medicine.
Such case has recently come into limelight with respect to National Eligibility cum Entrance Test, more commonly known as NEET Phase 2.
According to the sources, few errors were found in NEET 2016 question paper. These mistakes were outlined by few students and coaching centres.
Though the observation of mistakes in NEET 2016 question paper created hue and cry among the students, but the ultimate clearance and relief will be given by the C.B.S.E on the release of on answer keys for Neet 2016 on August 7, 2016.

An eligible candidate will be provided with an opportunity to challenge the answer key, in case of any ambiguity in the answer. Candidate can visit the official website of AIPMT 2016(www.aipmt.nic.in). Also, candidate will be given an opportunity to make online challenge against the NEET 2016 Answer Key by paying INR 1000/- per answer challenged. If the challenge gets accepted by the board, candidate will be refunded with INR 1000/- with acceptance of correction in answer.
Now all these candidates are eagerly awaiting the release of these answer keys so as to assess and evaluate their admission chances through this declaration.

NEET 2016 Result as conducted for both Phase I and Phase II will be declared post display of the NEET 2016 Answer key. The candidates can check the NEET 2016 Result on the official website on or from August 17, 2016. The candidates who qualify the minimum marks requirement are eligible to apply for NEET 2016 Counselling. The steps to check the NEET 2016 Result:
The counselling process for AIPMT 2016 (Phase 1) and NEET 2016 (Phase 2) will be conducted simultaneously. The NEET 2016 Counselling will be conducted after the release of NEET 2016 Merit List. Candidates who have qualified in NEET 2016 and whose names have appeared in the final merit list will be called for the process of counselling.

The online counselling for NEET 2016 seatsthat fall under 15% All India Quota will be conducted by the MCC of Directorate General of Health Services. Counselling Information for online counselling would only be available on MCC (Medical Counselling Committee) website - www.mcc.nic.in. For seats other than 15% All India Quota, the process is slightly different. The candidates willing to apply for admission in State Medical Colleges/Universities/Institutions using the merit list of NEET 2016 should follow the instructions of the State Government and authorities of the medical/dental colleges /Institution/University concerned for counselling process.
