NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
The first round of IPUCET NEET counselling has started from September 14, 2016 and will go on till the seat gets filled up. All the NEET qualified candidates are invited for the verification of documents and seat allotment as per the category and ranks. The schedule for the first round of counseling is mentioned below

Recently, as per the Supreme Court order on May 9, 2016; IPU CET MBBS 2016 is replaced by the NEET 2016. Candidates who are willing to apply for MBBS, BDS and PG medical courses at Delhi's Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) are required to submit their NEET 2016 Result to the university.
Aspirants will be selected on the basis of their NEET 2016 (National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test) score, instead of IPUCET 2016. This is taking place due to Delhi government's decision to follow a request by the Central government's health ministry.

The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET 2016 is an entrance examination which is conducted annually for admissions to Medical and Dental courses in government or private medical colleges across the country. NEET 2016 was held in two phases this year. The NEET 2016 Phase 1 Exam was successfully held on May 1, 2016 and the Phase 2 Exam was conducted on July 24, 2016.
Medical students, aspiring to take admission on the basis of their NEET Score in IPU can apply for its counselling/admission process. The students will get enrolled for the counselling by submitting the following requirements:
1. NEET 2016 Score
2. NEET 2016 Registration Number
However, till now, no notification has been released by IPU for its counselling schedule. But, candidates can consider the following colleges under IPU ambit to take admission in MBBS and Dental courses:

Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU) has notified that the candidates who have applied for MBBS or BDS courses through IPU CET 2016 (Common Entrance Test) are required to update their NEET – UG 2016 credentials. Credentials such as their NEET Roll Number, NEET Total Score, NEET All India Rank will have to be filled on the official website. The students are requested to do the same at the earliest.
Personal Login credentials along with the Passwords are being sent to each candidate who has applied for the MBBS and BDS Courses at GGSIPU via SMS or Email.
Below are the steps to follow after visiting the official website:
Students must note that the form will become un-editable once it has been submitted. Therefore, make sure to fill in each detail very carefully.
The GGSIPU is providing a facility for the candidates who have qualified in the NEET – UG 2016 but had failed to apply to GGSIPU earlier. Such candidates can now register themselves by following the link on the University website.

The candidates who has successfully cleared NEET 2016 are required to carry the following document at the time of the NEET Counselling.

The students will have to register themselves by entering all the personal details along with their NEET 2016 exam credentials (NEET Roll Number, NEET Total Score, NEET All India Rank).
The registration process will only be completed after the candidate pays an Application Fee of Rs. 1000/- (Rupees One Thousand Only). This fee is exclusive of the taxes, candidates will have to pay the taxes and service charges as applicable.
The students will only be able to update their credentials from August 23, 2016 to August 31, 2016, till 4:00 PM only. Students are advised to fill in their details in the above mentioned window. No requests after the stipulated date will be entertained by the University.
The University, on the basis of the NEET Score/Ranks of the applicant, will prepare a Tentative Merit List. This list will be prepared on the basis of the Ranks filled by the candidates on the website.
The Final Merit List will be prepared after the verifying the relevant documents.
The seat matrix of NEET 2016 specifies the number of seats available in the various colleges among the state medical colleges and university. The seat matrix of NEET 2016 divides the seats as per the categories.
It will be issued after the final allotment of seats after the completion of the NEET 2016 counselling sessions. The organizing committee of NEET 2016 will firstly issue a tentative seat matrix list and then a final seat matrix list will be issued.
