How to Get Admission in LLRM Medical College, Meerut?

Candidates aspiring to pursue MBBS course at LLRM Medical College, Meerut must have cleared NEET 2018. Counselling for NEET is conducted through Medical Counseling Committee (MCC). NEET 2018 Counselling

NEET 2018 counselling will be conducted by Medical Council Committee. For 15% All India Quota seats, there will be centralised counselling for candidates falling under AI Quota.

There will be separate counselling for states participating in NEET 2018 for 85% Quota Seats.

Documents Required for NEET 2018 Counselling Process

Applicants are required to carry the following document at the time of the NEET 2018 counselling.

  • Birth Certificate.
  • NEET 2018 Score Card
  • Two Passport Sizes photograph similar to that affixed on the NEET 2018 Application Form.
  • 10th and 12th class Mark sheets.
  • 10th and 12th class Passing Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate (If applicable)
  • PWD Certificate (If applicable)
  • Counselling Letter issued by NEET Authority.

LLRM Medical College, Meerut Admission Eligibility Criteria

The college has an annual intake of 150 students for aspirants of graduate medical course, MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery) on the basis of NEET 2018. Candidates must fulfill the following eligibility criteria:

  • Nationality: Candidate should Indian Nationals or Overseas Citizen of India(OCI)
  • Aadhar Card- Candidate should have Aadhar Card except for the candidates from Assam, Jammu and Kashmir and Telangna State.
  • Age Limit-Candidate must be of minimum 17 years of age at the time of admission on or before December 31, 2017. The upper age limit for admission seekers under All India Quota is 25 years relaxable for a period of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
  • Attempts: Candidates can only attempt the exam only 3 times until they cross the maximum age limit. Moreover, NEET 2018 will be counted as 1st attempt for the candidates
  • Essential Academic Qualification: The candidates who have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology individually securing a minimum of 50% in 10+2 is eligible. For reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), there is a relaxation of 10% so they have to secure a minimum of 40% to be eligible. General physically handicapped candidates have to secure a minimum of 45%. Aspirants who are appearing in 10+2 examination in 2018 may also appear provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later on.

If two or more candidates have equal score in the exam, preference will be given to

  • Candidate having higher marks in Biology/Biotechnology in NEET UG-2018.
  • Candidate having higher marks in Chemistry in NEET UG-2018.
  • Candidate older in age.
