NEET 2018 Cut Off for RNT Medical College, Udaipur

Ravindra Nath Tagore Medical College, Udaipur shortlists students for admission into its esteemed MBBS program through NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test). The exam will be hold on May 6, 2018. CBSE is expected to annnounce NEET Result on June 5 via online mode.  Each year, the college offers about 150 seats for its MBBS program. NEET is an undergraduate level National Medical Entrance Test, conducted annually, for admission into MBBS programs in India.

Aspiring medical professionals willing to enrol at the RNT Medical College have to attempt the NEET 2018 and secure a rank equalling to or more than the cut-off score set by the college. Candidates securing marks above the NEET Cut Off will be eligible for Counselling sessions.

RNT Medical College, Udaipur Admission Process

NEET 2018 is the gateway for admission to medical and dental courses in RNT Medical College, Udaipur. There is no longer any separate medical entrance exam for medical colleges. Candidates who will clear NEET 2018 cut off will get a seat in the institute after the NEET 2018 counselling.

NEET 2018 Counselling

NEET 2018 counselling will be conducted by Medical Council Committee. For 15% All India Quota seats, there will be centralised counselling for candidates falling under AI Quota.

There will be separate counselling for states participating in NEET 2018 for 85% Quota Seats.

Documents Required for NEET 2018 Counselling Process

Applicants are required to carry the following document at the time of the NEET 2018 counselling.

  • Birth Certificate.
  • Rank Card of NEET 2018
  • Two Passport Sizes photograph similar to that affixed on the NEET 2018 Application Form.
  • 10th and 12th class Mark sheets.
  • 10th and 12th class Passing Certificate.
  • Caste Certificate (If applicable)
  • PWD Certificate (If applicable)
  • Counselling Letter issued by NEET Authority.

RNT Medical College, Udaipur Admission Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to RNT Medical College, Udaipur should fulfil the below mentioned criteria

  • Candidate must be an Indian Citizen or Overseas Citizen of India.
  • Candidate must be of minimum 17 years of age at the time of admission on or before December 31, 2017. The upper age limit for admission seekers under All India Quota is 25 years relaxable for a period of 5 years for SC/ST/OBC candidates.
  • Candidates who have passed Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology individually securing a minimum of 50% in 10+2 is eligible. For reserved category (SC/ST/OBC), there is a relaxation of 10% so they have to secure a minimum of 40% to be eligible. General physically handicapped candidates have to secure a minimum of 45%. Aspirants who are appearing in 10+2 examination in 2018 may also appear provisionally subject to their fulfilling the conditions later on.
