NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
CLAT is one of the most yearned for law entrance examinations that many students wish to appear after class XII. The journey which began in 2008, today has more than 55,000 students writing the test every year. The aim of the students is to grab a seat in any one of the participating NLUs including Harvard of the East - NLSIU Bangalore.
Managed by The Consortium of NLUs, CLAT 2020 will be conducted on May 10, 2020, the application process for which is open and will last till March 31, 2020.
Major changes have been introduced in CLAT 2020 exam pattern. Students who will be appearing for the examination this year to take admission into various UG and PG courses need to take a note of the following changes:
In respect to the changes made in CLAT 2020 exam pattern, the Consortium will be releasing model papers (probably 3 model papers) for registered students in order to provide them a better understanding of the paper and the kind of questions that will be coming in the sections.
The model papers will be released one month before the exam date.

With the beginning of the CLAT registration, students may lack the ability to discern how the application form has to be filled and how the entire examination process will be conducted.
A student has to provide his/her NLU preferences at the time of filling up the application form. With the commencement of the exam, the results will be out on May 25, 2020, post which the first merit list will be out in the last week of May 2020 (tentative).
CLAT results can be accessed by registered students individually by logging into their registered accounts at CLAT official website.
The entire admission process to UG and PG programs to participating NLUs in CLAT 2020 will be completed with the counselling rounds conducted by CLAT Consortium Office.
