NLUJAA, Assam Cut Off will form the basis for admission to NLUJAA, Assam. The institute is among the most sought after law schools of the country. Accepting students through CLAT exam, candidates have to clear the mentioned cutoff to be able to get shortlisted for the next process. CLAT 2017 was successfully conducted on May 14 and Answer Key to the exam is said to be released by March 16 by the conducting authority of Common Law Admission test.

    Round 2- CLNU Patna CLAT Cut off 2016

    Features of round 2 Patna CLAT cut off:

    • Students with a rank range of 8000-10000 are invited for round 2.
    • Seat matrix updated after round 1, will form the basis for round 2 of counselling.
    • Getting a college of choice is reduced to 50%.
    • Some colleges get completely occupied by the end of round 1 of counselling, so such colleges are not available in the list showing the seat matrix.
    • Students who have missed round 1 of counselling because of medical reasons can appear for the round 2 of counselling with the medical certificate issued by authorities.
    • Students with a higher rank, especially within the rank range of 1-5,000 or 8,000 will get preference in seat allotment.
    • Students who appeared for round 1 of counselling can appear for round 2, after they have confirmed the seat in round 1 of counselling.

      CLAT Cutoff for NLUJAA, Assam– Round 3

      Features of round 3 CLNU CLAT counselling:

      • Approximately 35% seats are vacant in good colleges but the course of choice is a rare possibility.
      • All government colleges are generally filled, some seats may be filled through round 3 but such colleges are distant.
      • Only a few students appear for the round 3 of counselling, as admission is possible in private college or the course of choice is barely available.
      • Students missed round 1 or round 2 of counselling can appear for round 3 of counselling but their rank preferences are not considered during seat allotment. Also, the seat will be allotted once the seat allotment process has been completed for the entire pool of rank holders who were supposed to appear for round 3.

      Features of round 4 of CNLU CLAT cut off:

      • Many private college seats are left till last round of counselling, as students generally avoid taking admission in private law colleges.
      • Very few students appear for the last round of counselling.
      • A large pool of students is invited for round 4, the aim of this round is to fill as many seats as possible.
      • Seats of reserved category students are easily filled as competition is relatively low. 
      • Students appearing generally end up enrolling in the course irrespective of the domain of course.
      • Students face difficulty in last round as the seat matrix updating may not be secure; sometimes delays are faced because of lack of management.
      • Students have to complete the admission process in a hurry as very few seats are available and without deposition of the admission fee, the seat booking cannot be confirmed.

      NLUJAA 2015 Cut off

      2015 cut off ranks show how some seats were allotted during the round 1 of UG program. The cut off 2015 will form the basis for 2017 result and cut off. The rough idea can be obtained from the list below:

      About NLUJAA, Assam

      An autonomous law institute located in the state of Guwahati, Assam, India. It is among the top law colleges in India, it was formed in the year 2009. The institute was formed through an act passed under the state legislation of Assam. The institute is currently running under the supervision of Dr. J.S.Patil.
