NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE TEST
The IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) has released official Exam Dates of IBPS PO/MT 2017 (Probationary Officer/Management Trainee VII). The preliminary exam is scheduled on October 7, October 8, October 14 and October 15 and the mains will take place on November 26, 2017.
IBPS conducts IBPS PO for recruitment of PO/ MT in 20 participating public sector banks. Every year more than 2 lakh candidates participate in the exam. Candidates can go through the following article to know about exam dates for IBPS PO.
The exam is conducted in three phases – Preliminary, Main, and Interview. While IBPS PO Prelim is only a qualifying exam, marks scored in IBPS PO Main exam and interview is considered for making the final selection. Given below are the official dates for the exam:

Like last year, IBPS PO Registration 2017 will be done through online mode only. The IBPS PO Application Form will be available on the official website of IBPS under the CWE PO/MT tab. Candidates have to fill a single Application Form for both the exams i.e. Preliminary exam and Main Exam.
Application form is to be filled through online mode only. Candidates have to enter correct information in the IBPS PO Application Form to avoid cancellation. The digital/scanned images of the passport sized photograph and signature must be clearly uploaded and must satisfy the specifications.
The steps followed at every stage of the IBPS PO Application Process are mentioned below:
Step 1: Registration
The candidate has to visit the Official website of IBPS first and then click on the tab CWE PO/MT. They will then have to follow the link ‘New Registration’ and fill in all the required dates. Then, they have to enter a security code and click on Save and Next.
Note: A provisional registration number and password will be displayed on the screen. It is also sent via SMS and E-mail to the candidate. Preserve the same for the further process.
Step 2: Uploading Images
In this step, through provisional ID and Password candidate has to login again. A candidate has to upload his/her scanned photograph and signature as per the specifications.
Step 3: Filling the details
The candidate has to enter his/ her basic information such as category with category code, nationality, IBPS PO Exam Center choice, name, academic details etc. under the basic tab of the detailed IBPS PO Application Form.
Note:After filling all the information, the candidate has to click on ‘I agree’ in the declaration to assure that the information entered is true. Also, it is important to preview complete application form before finally clicking on the ‘Submit’ tab.
Step 4: Fee Payment
The Application fee payment is the last step of the IBPS PO Online Application Process. The candidates belonging to SC/ST/PwD category are required to pay INR 100 for the IBPS PO Online Application whereas other categories have to pay INR 600. The Application fee for IBPS PO exam can be remitted only through online mode which includes payment through Debit Card/Credit Card/Net Banking/IMPS or Mobile Wallets/Cash Cards.
Note: In case of non-payment, login again and follow the same process of fee payment
Step 5: Confirmation
An additional page of IBPS PO Online Application opens after successful fee payment. A candidate has to enter the details asked by following the instructions to generate the e-receipt. Print the e-receipt and IBPS PO Application Form displayed on the screen.
