NATIONAL LEVEL OFFLINE TEST
The lucrative life of Army attracts number of young enthusiasts from all over the country twice every year as the written test of National Defence Academy is conducted. This year NDA II is scheduled to be conducted on September 18, 2016. All the successfully registered candidates are intimated about their test venue and timings through NDA Admit Card.

Essential to be presented at NDA Test Centre, the Admit Card should be carried along at all times during NDA Exam. Also it is advisable to candidates to verify all the information mentioned on the Admit Card.
NDA Exam is conducted in pen paper mode, divided into two sections of 2.5 hours each: Mathematics (Code No.1) of 300 marks & General Ability Test (Code No. 2) of 600 marks. The level of questions asked in NDA Mathematics is moderate, while the other section of General Ability could be a little difficult to the candidates. General Ability covers a vast syllabus ranging from High-School Science to elementary knowledge of economics & polity.
The NDA II Results will be announced in the month of December 2016. All the successful candidates will be invited for the next round of Selection Process, namely the Service Selection Board, SSB. The SSB consists of two levels, Screening & Conference. The final Merit list is released post the conference round and candidates meeting the cut will be finally admitted to the prestigious National Defence Academy.
The NDA Exam is scheduled on September 18, 2016. The Exam will be conducted into two sessions of 2.5 hours each at various chosen test centres. With a total of 900 marks, the sole objective of NDA Exam is to test the candidates’ aptitude & logics as required from an officer in Indian Armed Forces.

As per the reports shared by National Defense Academy, NDA in the previous years- More than 600,000 candidates registered for the test and 450,000 appeared for the same out of which only 5000 candidates could make to the interviews. Post Merit List announcement, 300-500 candidates are finally admitted to first year at NDA, Pune.

Candidates appearing for NDA should prepare well and should focus on General Science section more as it holds the larger weightage of the NDA question Paper. The NDA Result will be released at the Indian Army official website in form of merit list. Candidates will be required to check their roll numbers in the circular released by Indian Armed Forces.
The NDA Results are evaluated solely on the basis of performance of candidates in NDA Exam II held on September 18.
All the qualified candidates in NDA Exam are intimated about the further Selection Process, SSB through Call Letters sent to the registered Email ID. Also, Circular is released by Indian Armed Forces at their recruitment portal, www.joinindianarmy.nic.in
Candidates who are unable to access their call letters due to various reason may carry the printout of circular supported by NDA Admit Card.
