NATIONAL LEVEL ONLINE/OFFLINE TEST
NMRC 2017 Junior Engineer (Civil) Exam was conducted on March 9, 2017. DMRC has released answer keys for NMRC 2017 Junior Engineer (Civil). Candidates can refer to DMRC 2017 JE (Civil) paper and can check the answers from the DMRC JE Answer Key and calculate their score. The candidates can raise objections on the official answer key till March 19, 2017. If they do not submit their objections within this period, they will not have the right to any future claim for re-evaluation at the later stage of selection process.
DMRC JE exam for Civil comprised questions from General Awareness, English, Logical Ability and Quantitative Question from Civil Engineering syllabus. Candidates found Logical Ability and GK questions easy this time. The Junior Engineer Civil written test for DMRC Recruitment comprises of two sections i.e. Paper I and Paper II. It consists 180 multiple choice questions. The total duration of the written test was 2 hours 15 minutes only.
NMRC Result will be declared in April 2017. The final merit list will be prepared based on the total marks obtained in all the rounds of selection process. Candidates who are shortlisted on the basis of their rank on the merit list will be called for the selection process after the declaration of result. .
There are two papers in DMRC JE Civil paper. First Paper includes questions from Technical, General Knowledge, and Quantitative Ability section. Second Paper includes questions from the English language. Candidates who want to download DMRC JE Civil Answer key can follow the following steps:

Important: Objection is to be submitted ONLY through ONLINE objection link which will be open until 19th March 2017. Objection/complaint received through any other mode of communication/channel will not be entertained under any circumstances. If a candidate does not submit their objections within stipulated period, such candidates will not have the right to any future legal claim in the court of law for re-evaluation at the later stage of selection process.
Paper 1 has 120 questions out of which 45 are from Quantitative and General Knowledge and 75 are Technical questions. Paper 2 has 60 question from the English language. Total Time duration of both papers is 135 minutes. The medium of Paper was English and Hindi.
Paper 1 Analysis
The paper 1 comprised two sections i.e. Aptitude and Technical. It consisted of 120 questions. The total of 45 questions was asked in the Aptitude section and 75 questions were asked in the Technical section. The medium of the paper was English & Hindi. Technical section of NMRC JE (Civil) is considered one of the most difficult sections. the main aim of the Aptitude section is to test candidates’ logical and aptitude. Candidates feel that aptitude section is easier to score. The level of this section stays at par with previous years.
Paper 2 Analysis
The paper 2 comprised of General English section only. It consisted 60 questions. Candidates had to solve this section in 45 minutes only. It contains vocabulary, synonyms, antonyms, spelling errors, idioms & phrases, sentence completion, one-word substitution etc. topics in the paper 2.
